About: Hi, My name is Torie. I am a nurse. I grew up on a farm with horses, goats, chickens, donkeys, and of course dogs/cats. I worked at the Virginia Tech Dairy, milking cows and feeding calves, during my time as an undergraduate at Virginia Tech. I currently own a horse and I have two dogs. I have a heart for taking care of animals and I have a lot of experience. I have experience with caring for special needs, administering medications, and wound/injury care. I love all animals. I have two acres at my house, it’s not fenced in but I have gps fence collars. I have access to a large farm and river frontage where your dog can be thoroughly exercised with permission. Terms negotiable. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. :) The pets are taken care of before anything else. They will be let out, fed their breakfast, and exercised first thing in the morning. They will be let out or walked every 4 hours or less. I will either leash walk your pet or I do have a gps fence e collar available. My dogs are very friendly and playful. They get along with all dogs from teeny pocket beagles to huge hounds and everything in between.

My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. About: I have 1 of my own dogs who lives with me. But I also have experience with a total of 4 dogs as my parents have 3. All are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am comfortable with all medium and small size dogs. I do request that they are house trained. I like to take dogs on walks but if they are smaller it is okay if they are not perfect at walking on a leash. I can even help work with them on that. I currently work a normal day job during the week. But I work remote, that means that the dogs would not be alone at all during the day. HOUSE SITTING: I can work remote from your house providing care all day. However, my dog Charlie would also have to come with me. My apartment is fully equipped for a dog to be here safely. I have a balcony where the dogs can spend time enjoying the fresh air. My dog gets along with all other dogs and is very friendly as he used to go to daycare with many other dogs. I have the ability to walk the dogs, get them fresh air and exercise. I also have dog toys and bones available for them to use. Dogs are allowed in all areas of my place. Including the couch, dog beds and human beds. Allowing them to be where they feel the most comfortable.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 10 years and have a lifelong love for animals. As a dog owner myself with two dogs at home, I understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your pets the same way you do. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, potty breaks, exercise, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I also know how reassuring it is to receive updates, so I’ll send photos and messages throughout your pet’s stay or visit to give you peace of mind. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and stress-free experience for both you and your pet. I treat every animal as if they were my own, and I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! I currently do work full time but I do create my own schedule and am pretty flexible so we can work around the hours needed for you and your pet! I do currently have two male dogs who are 8 and 9 years old. They both are very friendly and very playful. They play with puppies and older dogs very well and they’re very diverse with sizes of dogs who they are around. If your dog is aggressive to other male dogs, this won’t be a good fit for you. However, i’m happy to have an introduction to make sure everyone is comfortable. We tend to take a lot of walks and play ball in the yard throughout the day. During the summer we swim in the pop up pool we have for the boys and get the zooms out!

I am free when ever you need me through out the day for 2-4 hours during the day or I can drop by three times a day for 1-2 hours, I’m available for walks, baths , dog park visits, playtime, or sitting with them during storms I have three friendly dogs at my home and iv grown up around animals my whole life so I know how to handle and comfort all behaviors.

About: I've always had pets growing up as a child, most being rescues from the neighborhood. My passion and love for animals has grown into my adulthood making me a very enthusiastic animal lover who desires to help all different types of animals. My experience in pet care varies from having pets of my own, watching and caring for friends and families pets and currently, my job working with dogs at a Peaks View Animal Hospital! I have cared for pets of all ages. Including bottle feeding kittens and puppies to giving medication to senior pets. I am currently working a part time job at Peaks View Animal Hospital. I would have plenty of time to play and care for your pets! I would be available for boarding Thursday-Sunday! I am also available for drop ins and walks Thursday-Sunday as well! I live in downtown Lynchburg and have an outdoor terrace available for your pups to sunbathe and play. I also live close enough to the trails to take your pups on nice shady walks! If your pet needs to be crated, I also have an XL crate available for use at my home!

About: Hi! I have taken care of pets my whole life. I have a lot of experience with all animals with all different kinds of needs. I currently work 6am-3pm on Monday through Friday. I am able to come by and/or sit after work. I am available on weekends full time! I have an unfenced yard but it’s big and great for running around and play time! I have my own dog to either keep yours company or can stay with my sister to ensure the comfort of your pup!
