About: I am a lover of all animals. I currently have 4 goats, 10 pot bellied pigs, 5 cats. and 3 dogs and almost all of my pets are rescues. Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. I can administer oral or injectable meds if needed. I know I am the perfect person to love and care for your pet while you are away. You can have the peace of mind knowing they are loved and cared for as if they were part of our family. I have spent my entire life around animals! My mother raised and bred Dobermans for many years and we took in rescue dogs as fosters. I also grew up around horses and other farm animals. “I could rave about how absolutely amazing Samantha was with my Khaleesi for hours, but I’ll keep it short for reading purposes. My dog Khaleesi is a high anxiety dog and does not do well with strangers and typically hides from them. Samantha had her during the day for 3 days, and from day 1 Khaleesi took right to her. It did take some warming up time, but Samantha kept me very updated and sent pictures throughout the day. By the end of the 3 days, Khaleesi was walking into Samantha’s house without hesitation and didn’t even turn around to look at me. Samantha is incredible and I highly recommend her!!!!”

I love animals so much I hope I can bring a positive impact on your pets life I work 8:15-4:15 Monday through Fridays I’m available after 4:15 most days if needed but not for a long period of time. I am available most weekends I can come in for drop ins or dog walks I do not recommend to board in my home because my dogs are protective I would have to do a meet and greet if so. “the service was listed as Abigail, but Victor was actually our walker. Victor handled my two fellas very professionally, both dogs were always very anxious to hit the trail. Victor helped with putting on their walking gear, and was very flexible when we needed to reschedule because of rain. He sent daily reports to my email, showing their walking route and activities (bathroom and rest breaks). Thirty minute sessions were just right and both pups were ready to settle down for naps. My dogs were a 45# tall beagle and a similar weight Brittany Spaniel. I highly recommend this service and will use again when need arises. Thanks Victor.”

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours SUNDAY thru WEDNESDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care.
