“Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I currently work a flexible part-time job, which gives me plenty of time throughout the week to care for pets and give them the attention they deserve. Since I also have 4 cats and a 4-month-old puppy of my own, pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and I enjoy spending my free time with them. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for whether I’m in my home or a client’s home. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they’re energetic, shy, young, or older. In a client’s home, I always follow instructions carefully to keep pets on their normal routine and help them feel as stress-free and comfortable as possible while their owner is away.

About: I have experience not only pet sitting in someone’s home, but also outside of their home. I currently work as a dog bather, so I have experience with animals and handling there too! I am currently working part time, only about 20 hours a week, so I have plenty of time to give that special dog in your life a walk for you when you’re unable! Our yard is partially fenced in (half of it is fenced) and we have another dog in our house. Your dog will primarily stay with me, alone where I can watch them! And if they need to go out, I am able to take breaks when I need to to take them out.
