She and her family cared for my dog with so much love, as if Peanut were her own. Her kids were also so sweet and played so nicely with Peanut — it really made her stay extra special. “This was our first time using Rover. Our two Goldens are very big babies so of course we were nervous to leave them. We did a meet & greet with Dana a few months before our stay and felt very confident that they would be okay staying with her. They did have a great weekend with Dana! About: I have ample room and time to love on your fur babies!! I currently do not have any dogs but love them all! I also have a basement with a separate gate if your pet needs space by itself. I live close to the mountains so if you want to take the day to hike/explore sperryville I am your go to:) I work from home and love my animals!! I am fortunate to have the flexibility to take care of my farm animals and others when needed. I own a small farm with plenty of space for walking and also have a fenced in garden than I can use during the colder months for secure play for dogs.

We have been taking care of dogs all our lives and have had dogs of all kinds that were loved and cared for like our own children. We have tended to puppies up to senior dogs that require medication and special care. Her home is beautiful and accommodates dogs - lots of toys, blanket to snuggle in or rest next to Leslie on sofa. Backyard is big and fenced in - a doggies dream backyard. Leslie sent fun pictures and kept us up-to-date on their potty breaks. She walked the pups on a walking trails near her home which my dogs loved. Hopefully next time they will get to see the Canadian geese which visit the local pond regularly. About: I have a lifetime of experience with animals starting from my first day as an infant. I grew up with multiple cats in the home with learned, gentle-respect and patience that cats require. I also grew up with a shetland sheepdog, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. As an adult I have significant experience with caring for dogs and cats alike both in my home and in other homes. About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. I am currently working part-time and my schedule is made on a monthly basis. I'm available most weekends and weekdays after 1pm. Can do early mornings and late potty breaks. The house I live in has a large front yard and a larger backyard. It is unfenced but in a safe neighborhood that's perfect for walking

I have the ability to read animals body language really well. I connect quickly with every animal I meet! I have experience with different kinds of energy levels as well. If your dog needs a hike and does well in the car; I’m your gal!!, If they just need cuddles while we binge a tv show I can do that too! I have experience with bunnies, chickens and birds too!! I have a 3 year old dog named Ace who came to me as a puppy. I raised him and have trained him to be off leash, sit, stay, paw, and heel. About: I love animals of all kinds, I currently own two dogs, both pitbull mixes, a cat and 16 chickens. I have a certified license to train dogs and I love just hanging out with them playing with them or taking a walk outside. I am available every day from Monday through Friday starting at 8 AM after I drop off my son at school until 3 PM when I have to pick him up from school again. I handle each dog and cat differently based on their needs and past experience. Nothing will be done without the owners previous permission and prior discussion.

She and her family cared for my dog with so much love, as if Peanut were her own. Her kids were also so sweet and played so nicely with Peanut — it really made her stay extra special. We've only had Zuzu (rescued) for a few weeks; he has some "quirks", had no idea how he'd do, but Joey put us at ease during the meet & greet - he has a wonderful demeanor, his philosophy on having/treating/educating dogs is the same as ours, his place is great (lots of space, personal attention, socialization, etc etc). Communication was great, we were accommodated when drop-off time changed last minute, received pics/videos during Zuzu's stay, and received very helpful feedback on Zuzu when we picked him up.
