“Michelle was AMAZING with my dog. My dog is a special needs dog. (He can't do stairs, has anxiety accidents, needs medication, etc.) I so rarely leave my dog with anyone else because of this. But Michelle didn't make any of his needs feel like a burden. Her and her family were so warm toward him and very attentive to his idiosyncrasies. He got along with the kids, who were sensitive to his need to warm up to people. He ran around the house and was so happy to be there with the family. Michelle sent updates multiple times a day with pictures/videos and a report on how he was doing: if he went to the bathroom, what he ate, and what his mood was like. I will be booking with her again and will very easily recommend!”

In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life—seriously, rabbits to goats, and everything in between. Right now I care for dogs, chickens, rabbits, and a cat, and I also have experience pet sitting for families from when I was in high school. In my 20s, I’m excited to help other animal owners get to enjoy a vacation or even a little break like a date night, without having to worry. My love for animals really shows, and I’m totally comfortable with both big dogs and smaller ones—I’m happy to care for every breed. I’m willing to have animals stay at my home, but they absolutely need to be comfortable around other animals. I can also drive to your place and stay at your home if that’s what you prefer. I work from home, so I’m available as often as you need me, and if you need me to stay overnight to watch your furry friend, I can definitely arrange that. With all that said, I’m excited to help in any way I can—because I genuinely love what I do! I’m currently working from home as a Sales Executive at a HR company. I take my pups out every 2 hours for potty breaks and to throw the ball for my very active GSD dog. I get off around 5:30PM M-F. So if you need me to stay at your home to watch your pets while I work throughout the day- that’s no problem! Or I can most definitely take breaks throughout the day to come take your animal out and/or just give some snuggles! I am free on the weekends and can make really anything work. Just give me a time and place and I’ll be there! I have a huge back yard and plenty of space for your dog to run around! It is not fenced, so must have good recall or I can just walk them on a leash. If your dog is coming over to my house they must be good with other animals. I have a male Belgian tervuren (fixed) who’s pretty shy at first, but warms up quickly and would love a play buddy! And then I have a male Dachshund (fixed) who sleeps all day. I do crate my dogs while I’m away, and they can be crated just to give your pet some space to decompress. My cat is in a separate room so she will be away as well.

Sleeping cuddling and lots of attention is what they get while here. Most dogs don't want to leave when they come. I have several repeat dogs and they get out of the car and run to the house. Where they have an abundance of toys bones and beds to relax on. I believe the dog should be on your schedule so I do my best with that. Huge yard provides safe exercise time. “My dogs are family to me, so I'm always nervous leaving them somewhere new. No worries needed though, Stacey was great! We had a meet and greet to ensure our dogs got along, and I was able to meet her at her home in advance to see where my dogs would be staying. She asked thoughtful questions about my dogs' needs and made sure I had peace of mind while I was on my trip. She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. My dogs have a somewhat significant age range - one is 1.5 years old and the other is 8.5, and she was able to cater to both of their activity levels to make sure they had a fulfilling experience. We will definitely work with Stacey again the next time we need dog care!”
