About: I’ve owned many dogs over my lifetime. From a Min Pin to Collies, Retrievers and Pointers. I have taken care of friends and relatives animals while they were out of town. I have done long time sits (several weeks) to daily drop ins. I’m retired so I have lots of time to care for your pets. I love taking walks and getting to know each animal whether it’s to come hang out and play, feed etc or take for long or short walks. I don’t have any dogs or cats living with me now due to my landlord not allowing pet ownership. They don’t mind if I bring a dog here for short periods.

About: Owner of a 501c3 animal rescue, I’ve worked with all types of critters. I’ve taken classes in wildlife rehabilitation, worked in dog training centers, and been employed in the county of LA handling overflow cases from Animal Control. I recently left my career behind to purchase a farm and dedicate myself full time to animals. Picking up a bit of work during the transition/ relocation to the farm. I own cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, fish, and a rabbit. I have a well practiced routine with my critters, leaving me open to help others with their babies. About: I’ve been walking dogs and doing check ins for family pets since middle school! I am currently a pre-vet student at JMU, but I spend my summers home in Earlysville. I would say this has been a “serious” job of mine since I started highschool. I’ve spent a few days a week for the past few summers pet sitting. I’m new to the app because I’ve been so lucky to have a lot of regular clients, and was then recommended to their friends. I’m just trying to expand my client pool as much as possible:) I have 3 dogs of my own, and one of them lives with me in my college apartment. If they are well trained and can be lose a return on command they can play in the yard with my girls.

Our dog has not yet learned to be off leash, so she had a great idea to let him roam around and play in the closed off barn with the other dogs. He came super happy and worn out. “Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

“Sean and Alyssa always take the best care of Banjo! They send me pictures and videos throughout his stay, and I can tell that he has so much fun with them. They take him on walks everyday, to the dog park to play, and they even make treats for him. When I pick him up he is happy and content, and I know that he’s had a great stay. You can tell they are so intentional with the care they provide, I highly reccomend Sean and Alyssa when you need someone safe and reliable to watch your pup!!”
About: I’ve always had animals in my younger life from cats to dogs, and even though I only have a cat I continue to love dogs. My current housing situation allows me to share dog sitting and caring of his clients dogs (ages 9 months to 14 years) for the last ten years. Since then I have asked my neighbors for tending to the needs of their dogs be it from a 5 mile walk on and off leash to a 100 yard potty break in addition to giving medications. I’m currently working part time three days a week and an occasional Saturday, so I have the time to care and interact for your furry friend. I live in a neighborhood with easy access to the Rivanna trails and a road trip access to a farm with woods in Earlysville for running in fields. I also have a very tolerant cat who actually enjoys dogs staying with me because she’s learned that visiting dogs often get a treat she’s earned one too. My house has hardwood floors on the first floor throughout access to the carpeted lower level is through a door. The dog would have free range of the house while we were at home and unless he/she is accustomed to be crated.
