About: I’ve cared for cats in friends’ and family members’ homes for many years and understand that each cat has their own personality and comfort level. I’m attentive to their routines and needs — from feeding schedules and fresh water to litter box care and noticing changes in behavior or appetite. I’m very respectful of cats’ boundaries. I’m reliable with detailed instructions and committed to keeping pets comfortable in their own environment while their owners are away.

About: I've lived with cats my entire life and have cared for anywhere from four to nine cats at a time. When I'm home, I'm responsible for feeding, cleaning litter boxes, giving them attention, and making sure they stay comfortable and healthy. I've also looked after friends' cats while they were away. I recently lived with a roommate's cat who spent most of its time with me, which reminded me how much I enjoy building trust with each cat's unique personality.
“Danielle is a wonderful sitter. She cared for my baby boy (cat) perfectly, including giving him medication. I could not ask for a better cat sitter ever. Highly recommend ❤️”

About: I have cat sit multiple times for friends. Which means I know about cleaning out the litter, giving necessary medications, and giving all the pets needed. I understand that some cats can be timid and I know a thing or two about that so I am happy to be as patient as possible. I love cats just as much as dogs!

“Im so glad I found Bertie and Lisette! They were gracious enough to accommodate my last-minute request and they are clearly pros at this. They were cognizant of keeping paws off the sidewalk in this heat and asked all the important questions. I’m always worried my pup will be sad the whole time I’m gone but her pups and their attentive care kept him smiling. I was so grateful to receive photos and videos while away too. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back.”

About: Not only did I grow up with 2-3 dogs in the house, but my mom has worked for a dog rescue the last 10 years. My family has fostered more than 100 dogs ranging from newborn puppies to end of life care for senior dogs. I have helped with everything from feeding, cleaning, creating enrichment, and exercising dogs of all sizes and ages. I am currently taking time off of work before I move abroad for graduate school in September so am completely flexible! I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets health and happiness! I have a fenced in yard and two super docile and friendly spayed female dogs who have also spent extensive time with other dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I also have spent a lot of time caring for other people’s pets in their homes without issue.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and truly love them like family. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs requiring extra patience and attention. Providing a safe, loving, and attentive environment is always my top priority. Having your beloved dog in my home means they’ll receive dedicated, around-the-clock care. I’m currently transitioning from my work-from-home position to boarding dogs full-time, which allows me to provide constant supervision, structure, and plenty of love and attention. Your pup will never feel alone and will always be treated like part of the family. Dog boarding in my home is set up in a dedicated, clean, and comfortable space in my basement. Each dog stays in a spacious 4x6, top-of-the-line kennel featuring turf grass flooring, a cozy dog bed, and a soft fleece blanket to ensure comfort and relaxation. Throughout the day, dogs receive plenty of walks, playtime, and enrichment activities in addition to regular potty breaks. Because I am transitioning to boarding full-time, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, attention, and care to ensure every pup feels safe, comfortable, and loved during their stay.

About: I started my journey with dogs 4 years ago and have not looked back enjoying every moment since. I am a certified trainer who loves improving the relationship between human and dog. We have a dog yard plus 5 acres. All dogs stay in our extra bedroom, which is now considered the dog room. I personally have two dogs, a cattle dog and a husky mix. They are both very social with all other dogs. We like to have a good time here but I keep a very safe environment for the dogs, no fighting or picking on one another. NO DOG IS TURNED AWAY. If you think your dog is aggressive, I can and will evaluate them so that if possible, we will get them socializing with their own kind and having a great time. Thanks, have a good day! I train dogs for a living so I stay at my house 7 days a week besides when I work with clients and those lessons tend to run about an hour but no more than 2 hours! I have 9 years experience running my own kennel and have two dogs with a large fence so there will be no boredom here! I do prefer to kennel dogs for the night but as we get comfortable with each other they will start to earn more freedom! Pet care is my full time job and i wouldn’t have it any other way, it has been a blessing. I hope I can help make your schedule less stressful! While you’re away, let your dogs play! I have a five foot fenced in dog yard specifically for dogs. We also have another 5 acres that we will walk all client dogs on during their stay with us.-
“Vanessa and her family have done such a wonderful job caring for my puppy Tate while I’m at work, keeping me up to date with pictures and messages, as well as being very flexible with pickup times when I leave work late. Their backyard is a wonderful place for the dogs to play, and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Jenny watched my Lincoln today and was AMAZING. She was so responsive and easy to work with. She asked enough questions that it was obvious she really cared that my pup was comfortable and happy. She also sent me updates and pictures throughout the day including ones of him snuggled up on the couch so I know he was cozy. We would 100% recommend her.”

I have class on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I also have band practice every day from 6-7:30. My weekends are free unless I have a game on Saturday or if I plan to go home on a weekend. I currently have one dog living with me, and I always take her on walks whenever I get the chance. I typically take her on small trails in the neighborhood and she loves it! “We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Bowie! Jayden was wonderful from start to finish. He kept us updated throughout our time away with regular messages and adorable photos of Bowie, which gave us peace of mind. It was clear that Bowie was well cared for and happy. Jayden’s communication was excellent - they were always responsive and proactive about letting us know how things were going. I came back to one very content puppy! I would absolutely book with Jayden again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter.”

“We were impressed with Jessica’s care for our border collie mix Boots for a very long day care day. Boots enjoyed the fenced-in yard and romping with another visiting dog. With a lovely, flexible, positive personality, Jess made us feel assured that Boots was being well taken care of. We would highly recommend her to others and will definitely seek her services again, when we return to town and need temporary dog care.”

About: I have experience caring for all age ranges of cats and dogs. I have 3 years of animal welfare experience previously working in a shelter and i have always naturally been a huge animals lover. I have the ability to read animals body language really well. I connect quickly with every animal I meet! I have experience with different kinds of energy levels as well. If your dog needs a hike and does well in the car; I’m your gal!!, If they just need cuddles while we binge a tv show I can do that too! I have experience with bunnies, chickens and birds too!! I have a 3 year old dog named Ace who came to me as a puppy. I raised him and have trained him to be off leash, sit, stay, paw, and heel. (Basic commands) if you need assistance or would like for me to work with your dog in any training/ socializing way please reach out! Currently available anytime! Would love to have the ability to work with your animals and still have the time to give my animals the loving they deserve as well! I walk my dog every chance I get while working on any minor behavioral or fear based problems to insure my baby can live a full healthy happy life.

About: • Most dogs like me (and i like most dogs :)) • All energy levels welcomed • I have raised 4 dogs of my own • Bachelors degree in Veterinary Bioscience • Worked in the veterinary field for the past 4 years • I’m responsible and good at time management • Even with a busy schedule, I will make sure your dog gets the attention he/she needs • No dog intimidates me ( all breeds and sizes are welcome) • I will always have your dogs best interest at heart I have 4 dogs of my own; 2 husky mixes, 1 pittie mix, and 1 beagle. My fiancé and I take care of them together, but much of the day to day things fall onto my plate. So, I have 4 very different dogs with 4 different needs, wants, and energy levels. On top of this, I also work in the veterinary field and have for the past couple years. Taking care of animals is something I literally do 24/7 and absolutely love it. With my personal pets, I make sure that all of them get love every day. Also, I try and get them some type of exercise. Living in Virginia, the weather is the biggest challenge. We go from negative temperature to triple digits within the year. In the times when the weather is being trying, I try and make sure my dogs get more mental exercise to combat the lesser physical exercise. With all that said, I would do the same with a clients pet. I would treat them as my own and give them the best quality care while they are with me.

About: I have a large family dog that I have been responsible for since I was about 10 years old. She has since gotten older so I have experience with a senior dog and giving any sorts of medication (and the peanut butter necessary to get her to take it). I am no stranger to having to clean up any accidents in the house so that is a non-issue for me. I am also open to taking care of other animals like rodents or turtles or other cage creatures. I am a true and passionate animal lover! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am happy to give as much or little time needed for the pets. I can figure out any scheduling and details necessary with clients. I am never loud coming into a home. I always let the pets come to me unless they are hiding on purpose. I take care instructions very seriously and will follow everything exactly and will reach out if I have questions about the best way I can care for your fur friend.

Hope to work with you soon!

“Heather did a wonderful job sitting for my dogs!! I’ve never boarded my 3 1/2 year old standard poodle (Charlie) and I was having severe separation anxiety. Heather sent multiple photos every day and commented on how they were doing and how much they ate at breakfast and dinner. My dogs looked like they were on vacation and I swear, in one of the photos it looks like Charlie is smiling as he’s leaping through the air! They slept like babies once we got home. I’m excited that I have found a sitter who I can trust with my pups and I feel comfortable leaving them overnight now. I highly recommend Heather as she provides the same quality of care, fun outside time and love that I provide for my pups.”

“Ava took great care of my two dogs. She’s got a huge backyard that’s fully fenced in. My pup, Jagger, didn’t want to leave come pick up time! I’ll definitely use her services again.”

“Ashley watched my Lexie, 5 and a half year old black lab, for 6 days. She provided me daily updates and photos of Lexi's activities to keep me informed that she was doing well. I highly recommend Ashley as a resource to care for your dog as well.”

“Caroline was great with our dog, and was a really nice person to meet and talk to. I can highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for someone to care for their pet.”

“Julie and her family did a wonderful job looking after my dog Margarita while I was away for a week. They gave her a lot of attention and love and Margarita loved staying with them. I highly recommend Julie to other dog parents!”

“Brooke was great with our 8 month old rescue. He is still learning how to behave in a home environment and she was understanding and caring. Brooke sent lots of photos and videos so we knew he was enjoying himself.”

“Kara is nothing less than outstanding, communicative, and trustworthy. She sent pics almost daily and took great care of my girl. I’ll just say if you get the chance to book a stay with her do it. Thank you Kara!”
