“We have tried several Rovers - no need to keep looking, our pup will always stay with Robin and yours should too. We had to drop him off with an infected paw, Robin sent lots of pictures, kept it clean, and made sure he got his medication. He came home tired from all the play time but not stressed like he has been when left with other people. Can’t recommend Robin enough!”

If you have an older dog, I can offer one on one snuggle time and a calm relaxing environment separate from the other pups. We have 2 acres and enjoy outside playtime. We frequent the dog park in Louisa and hiking trails from Richmond to Charlottesville. Common treats are homemade chicken jerky and sardines. Please let me know if your pup is not on a tick preventative. We treat our yard with a dog safe spray but enjoy recreational activities away from home and would like to be extra cautious for your fur baby. I have full weekday and have full weekend availability! We enjoy going on walks in our neighborhood or the park close by early in the morning and late at night before it gets too hot. Depending on your pup’s age, younger ones will have tater and goose to play with. Older/calmer pups will stay with Winnie and I in a separated part of the house. “This was our first time using Rover. Riley was helpful in explaining how it worked. She watched our cat for several visits for two days. For each visit she sent information on how the visit went. Unfortunately our kitty would run and hide after greeting her so she couldn’t get many pictures. She even went and found him and sat trying to convince him to come out! He ate well during her visits and she was kind to clean up the dirty cat bowls each time! It’s also very comforting knowing Riley has experience working in a vet clinic.”

About: I have had dogs since childhood! “Puppy” love can change any attitude! A little TLC for your fur babies is what I can provide for you. I work remotely so pretty flexible on time. Feeding, walking, playing all in a days work. I find that a little animal break in my day make me more productive. Our 3 large dogs use doggy door but the little ones have to be let out. We walk our dogs every morning and throw balls ever afternoon.

Now I am a stay at home mom with my newborn daughter, so my schedule is flexible for walks, potty breaks, etc. I love spending time with dogs, whether it's outside playing or cuddling in the house. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I am a stay at home mom with my newborn so my schedule is extremely flexible for feedings, walks, potty breaks, drop-ins, play times, day care, etc I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. We live in a cul-de-sac in our neighborhood which is great for walking, plus an Invisible fence around our wooded yard, which is great for playing fetch. Dogs are welcome to freely roam inside the home, other than on the living room couch. We have multiple dog beds, toys/bones, and water bowls around the house, plus two couches upstairs that the dogs are allowed on.
About: I’m a healthcare worker who loves pets! We had 2 Shetland sheepdogs growing up. I have raised 2 chihuahua puppies, and one needed multiple eye surgeries and follow up care. I have consistently sat for and walked friends dogs (multiple at a time). I have taken in a neighbors cats for months after an emergent situation, and my family members have cats a well. No pet too big or too small! I love them all :) I am currently working part time 2-4 days a week so I will have a lot of time to care for your pets! On my off days I’m available any time, especially day time. I can meet your pet care needs! At home we have an open field but also a fenced in area and two small dogs which can play or be separate. I can follow your schedule as far as potty and walks and am able to walk long distances and play! I know some kiddos can be picky eaters like mine so I will happily embrace your pets quirks! No request is too strange and I will not have any problem respecting you or your pets routine.
About: Ive taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I currently have a 5 & 6 year old golden retriever and lab. I have a huge fenced backyard and do have two littles in my house. I can do boarding, petcare, or drop in visits. UPDATE : I no longer live an apartment - it won’t let me upload on the app. I now live in Powhatan, VA with a backyard! We had to drop him off with an infected paw, Robin sent lots of pictures, kept it clean, and made sure he got his medication. “Kailee was absolutely amazing with my Doberman puppy! She boarded her for 3 days and gave her the best care I could have asked for. Athena came home happy, tired (in the best way), and clearly so well loved. Kailee made sure she got all her energy out with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and treats.
