I grew up with a sweet golden retriever and took care of my roommates sweet rescue doggy who suffered from bad seizures. I love to stay active and enjoy being outside with my pup! We just moved to the Chesapeake area with a big fenced in yard and this is a great way to meet new human and animal friends! We love being outside and have a huge neighborhood for walks! We have a fenced in yard, deck, and screened in porch for your dog to play! Also room inside for Crate if needed! My favorite thing to do is take dogs (especially my own) out for adventures by taking advantage of this beautiful state we get to call home. About: I have been taking car of all kinds of dogs for years. I've watched dogs from Labrador puppies to senior German Shepards. I've owned dogs my whole life and I've always had a special bond with them. Dogs usually gravitate towards me because I am a very fun and light hearted person. My friends often refer to me as a Disney princess because of how I am with animals. I belive all animals need love and respect and I always do my best to make them feel safe and loved. I am a nanny for a mother of three during the day but I am usually only needed two or three days a week so my weekends are completely free. Even days when I watch my kids I am off by 3pm and can spend evenings with the pets. I have several dogs of my own so my house is fully equipped with w fenced in yard and my house is pet safe. In regards to a clients home I would of course check what the client has in place but as a pet owner I am also aware pets can be sneaky and love to get into mischief. I am always checking on clients pets making sure they are safe and not getting into things they shouldn't. I am also certified in pet cpr and massage therapy incase a pet does get into distress or if they need some other help with pain. Over all my priority is always the health and safety of my client beloved pets.

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of this year :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY thru SATURDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Sunday thru Tuesday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. Quality. Compassionate. Care. is what I provide pets. I want them to have the creature comforts that make them feel all warm and comfy and content.

Walking for at least 30minute or until the pup gets tired. Go out first thing in the morning, Go out right after work, Replenish food bowl every morning, Fresh water every morning, Let them run around the backyard and get some sun every 2-4 hrs for 30m each. Bathe pup on Sunday. Fresh water daily, healthy food flow, safe and cozy place to lay, regular bathroom breaks, outside playtime, If bathed , allow them to air dry.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was in the second grade. I have two dogs of my own and I had a cat before he unfortunately passed away of old age. About: I have taken care of several dogs growing up. I always hit it off with pets from the first time meeting them that people say “Have you met them before?” I love the good energy dogs always give off. I am a healthy active person so I will be able to keep up with energetic dogs but I’m also a laid back person so if you dog just wants to chill k can do that too!! I currently work part time on my own schedule so I have plenty of time to play with your dogs. I am active and work out 5-6 times a week so if you want your dog to get a run in I can do that as well. Anyway they need it. Rather it be playing or walking or cleaning whatever. I will stay in designated areas and will not over step any boundaries set
About: Im currently in vet tech school and I have included photos of the some of the dogs i own, rescued, and babysat over the years. Your babies are in good hands. I’m currently working par-time, because of school and this would help gain more experience with caring for and handling different animals with the field I'm going into. I have a fenced backyard with four other dogs who are friendly and would love to meet other dogs. But i have no problem keeping them separate if that is what you would prefer.
About: Most of my experience was mostly personal with the numerous animals I had when I was growing up. But I also have experience with other friends or families' animals. During that, I have taken care of the dietary needs of pit bulls to Dachsund.
