About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since the age of nine. My son is 13 and a very big care lover. We have two cats, 8 & 5, and a medium sized dog. We also have a spare bedroom for animals that need time alone away from all the unfamiliarity. Your pet will have free range of the house (if comfortable) which features two large automatic litter boxes, 6ft scratching post with smaller scratching posts throughout the home, enrichment toys, beds, backyard views with plenty of wildlife to watch and two filtered water fountains available throughout the day. Both cats are on a feeding schedule, so your baby will also have to be on a schedule as well, I will work with you to figure out what times work best! All pets are vaccinated and spayed with regular checkups ups. Our dog is crate trained and does not wander the home without supervision. We will treat your baby like family and make any accommodations they will need to feel comfortable.

My favorite thing to do is take dogs (especially my own) out for adventures by taking advantage of this beautiful state we get to call home. I work part time on Thursday and Friday nights until the end of December. I have a very open schedule until the end of April. About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. About: I have been taking car of all kinds of dogs for years. I've watched dogs from Labrador puppies to senior German Shepards. I've owned dogs my whole life and I've always had a special bond with them. Dogs usually gravitate towards me because I am a very fun and light hearted person. My friends often refer to me as a Disney princess because of how I am with animals. I belive all animals need love and respect and I always do my best to make them feel safe and loved. I am a nanny for a mother of three during the day but I am usually only needed two or three days a week so my weekends are completely free. “Kathleen was so nice! Her and her husband kept in constant communication while I was gone to give me updates on my doggy and send me pictures. She even bought my dog a new toy! Kathleen went above and beyond watching my dog for 2 weeks during the holidays. She was amazing!”

“I recently adopted a blind, deaf senior dog. I was very anxious about leaving him, since he was just starting to learn his way around, but I had a pre-planned trip out of town. Michelle had boarded my previous blind dog and I knew she provided outstanding care, so I asked her if she would be willing to board this one. She said yes, which helped relieve me a little, and reassured me that she would keep him safe. Little did I expect the level of service she provided! She sent me pictures of him daily, introduced him to other senior pets, and carried him around in a special harness while she did chores. I was able to relax and enjoy my trip without worrying! She is the only one I trust with my pets! You won't be sorry...she's fabulous!”
