“This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”

About: Hi, I’m Cheyenne, and I hope to be your beloved pets new caregiver. My goal is to give you the peace of mind that I as a pet parent would want while away. I have a seven-year-old German Shepherd, who I have been with through each stage of his life. This has allowed me to gain the experience to care for puppies, troublesome teenage dogs, and senior dogs as well. I have volunteered as a dog walker at my local humane societies since 2018 helping to further my experience with dogs of all personality types. About: Ive been in the veterinary field for 10+ years and have plenty of experience with dogs and cats. Im comfortable with everything from basic care like feeding or walking, to oral/injectable medication administration I work full time monday-Thursday. I can do check-ins during my lunch break and have no problems staying the night. I have 2 cats of my own who get routine healthcare. My cats are water fountains that are filled daily along with automatic timers to be fed. While I dont personally have a dog right now, i’ve grown up with a variety of breeds from whippits to german shepherds. “This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”

“This was our first time boarding our dog with a stranger. Kudos to the Rover app to help me choose the perfect sitter for our golden doodle. We had a meet and greet with Stacey and her dogs the week before we were leaving. Stacey made me feel very comfortable with the surroundings and her schedule for the dogs. She sent pictures and videos every day, which really helped me. Lol. We had a change in our schedule on the way home and Stacey was very flexible with our return time. Our pup had a great time playing with the other dogs and he was happy and very tired when he got home! I think he misses his friends. 😃”
