They carefully acclimate your dog to their farm property and then give them the opportunity to run and frolic with other dogs (on long leads). The kennel area attached to the house is a clean secure place for dogs to rest after exercise. Big plus; they send you pictures daily of the fun and rest times your dog is having! If you're looking for an adventuresome place to leave your dog while on vacation I highly recommend Maribel and Carl's farm haven!”

About: I've watched dogs and cats with all different personalities and needs (i.e. blind, diabetic, anxious, etc.). I believe in understanding a pet's needs from the perspective of the pet and responding with compassion. I work full time, but can usually work from home if needed. I will talk with you before we commit to pet sitting to ensure my schedule works for your needs (if that's getting off early, working from home every day during the time of the sitting, going home over lunch for a walk, etc). I have no fur babies (or kids) of my own, so your babies will get my undivided attention and I will shower them with all the love I wish I could give to my own fur baby if I had one. (Know I recognize that love looks different for different critters - for some it may mean keeping a respectful distance!)

About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.

About: My love for animals began on my grandpas farm in NJ. From as young as I can remember we always had pets, from dogs to farm animals to mice you name it we had it. As I grew and started my own family we have always had dogs and cats. I now work full time as a veterinary technician and I am also a full time dog trainer. I have been training dogs for over 20 years. I am a certified K9 handler and also certified in K9 CPR. I would go before I go into work in the morning and let your pup out, feed and do some enrichment. Then go during my lunchtime and twice in the evening. If I have client dogs at my home I generally do not allow my dogs to have contact with clients dogs. My dogs are crated where they feel comfortable

About: Hi! I have experience caring for my family's elderly cat that passed away a few years ago. He had incontinence issues and seizures in the last few years of his life. I made sure to bathe him and love him through the end. Now I am the owner of two 1 year old cats that are beyond spoiled! I love cats and have taken care of many throughout the years. I even helped a mother cat giving birth, helped litter train her 4 kittens, and weaned them as they got older.

About: I’ve owned a black Labrador(Anna) for over 13 years, she has not once had any sort of health issue as I’ve feed her well, and kept her up to date on vet visits. I’m caring, compassionate, and smart and versatile enough to be calm in any situation that may arise. I assure you that I will treat your pet as if it were my own. This allows me the freedom to stay focused on your pet and be there when other folks have to leave. If a situation ever does arrive my strength are communication so you can rest assured I will be in constant contact, which as a pet owner for an older girl myself id expect from others if I left her in their care. If the pet requires adequate exercise I have no problem going on a long walk with them and the space is pet friendly as my dog (Anna) is there. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. We are thrilled to have found Penny and Even and the bonus is that they live about 4 minutes from our house! We have already booked the next daycare appointment!”

About: I have always grown up around pets around the house! I am currently at college and am missing being around animals. I am always available to hang out, walk, play, or just chill with a pet. I have dealt with my goldendoodle for 9 years and it is the best thing that has happened to me. I am a college student and have 2 classes everyday which are each 1 hour. Therefore, I have a lot of flexibility before, in between, and after classes. I exercise daily so walking/playing with a dog fit perfectly in my schedule. At my home I live with 3 other girls who also love pets so having pets in our place is no problem! We have a dog park right down the road and also plenty of trails near me where I can them on walks.

I am comfortable handling large dogs (I have a lot of practice in my line of work as a veterinarian). I am also comfortable with young animals, cats, older animals, and any animal requiring high levels of care.

About: My home is where I tell people "they have me trained well". I love all animals and believe they deserve the best of treatment as they give to us so unconditionally. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of. We taught this by stroking gently and telling him to "be nice" this is just a "baby". Animals are never hit or disciplined by any harsh means, we reinforce good behavior. Our dogs get brushed every night around 7:00 and remind us if we miss the time and we treat them to a small snack every evening around 8:30 which they know also.

After going to boot camp I realized how much animals actually give you peace of mind on a daily basis and I have taken care of neighbors animals and family ever since. About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.
