About: I’ve been surrounded by cats for as long as I can remember! Growing up as an only child, our pets were my built-in best friends, and caring for them was my responsibility from a young age. I’ve continued to have cats throughout my adult life, and I currently have cats of my own who are very loved (and very spoiled!) members of our family. Over the years, friends and neighbors have trusted me to drop in and stay with their cats while they’re away. I know cats have their own personalities, routines, and comfort levels. Some want all the attention the second you walk through the door, while others need you to earn their trust from across the room first! I’m happy to meet them wherever they’re most comfortable. About: We have had cats since I was born! I love working with the shy ones and slowly gaining their trust. I have taken in numerous strays over the years who were feral. My last one I took in 2 years ago. Prior to catching her succesfully, she had two litters of kittens all of which I decided to keep (7 cats in total, 3 are in the picture, they were just 4 months there! When I’m home, my dog gets a morning or afternoon walk, plenty of trips outside to our fenced backyard throughout the day, and usually a daycare day or two each week for some extra exercise and socialization. When I leave the house, I’m also very mindful of his safety, he stays comfortably downstairs with access to his bed and water, potential chewing hazards are put away, and toys that require supervision are never left out. I’d bring that same level of attention to caring for your pets! I know every animal and household has its own routine, so I’m happy to follow your feeding schedule, potty or litter box routine, walking preferences, playtime rules, and any other instructions that help your pet feel comfortable. I can stay at your home once I’m finished with classes for the day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can also stop by for a 1–2 hour period after 9:30 AM.
