About: I've watched dogs and cats with all different personalities and needs (i.e. blind, diabetic, anxious, etc.). I believe in understanding a pet's needs from the perspective of the pet and responding with compassion. I work full time, but can usually work from home if needed. I will talk with you before we commit to pet sitting to ensure my schedule works for your needs (if that's getting off early, working from home every day during the time of the sitting, going home over lunch for a walk, etc). I have no fur babies (or kids) of my own, so your babies will get my undivided attention and I will shower them with all the love I wish I could give to my own fur baby if I had one. (Know I recognize that love looks different for different critters - for some it may mean keeping a respectful distance!)

“Natalie took care of my sweet pittbull for 26 days while I traveled outside the country! At first I was nervous because the pictures had not been updated and honestly the appearance is slightly jarring at first. However if you can look past that, Natalie is a passionate dog owner, her own dogs are healthy, happy and well trained. My pittbull has tons of allergies and requires supplements, oral drops, baths, and topical foam. Natalie was willing to take that on, and provide a routine for my dog so that she could play, socialize, and be well cared for. Natalie gives daily pictures so you can visualize your dog is safe and sound! Don’t judge a book by its cover!! I am so glad my dog found her rhythm and enjoyed her time with Natalie. About: I grew up on a small farm raising a variety of animals including dogs and cats. Sometimes what seems to be a mean animal is just a misunderstood animal that need extra time and attention and love. I have a pretty open schedule and would like to build relationships with animals and fellow animal lovers alike. Right now I only do other low commitment jobs like DoorDash and have time to fit you into my schedule. This is kind of a good and bad thing about me but I love an animal that loves food, and I enjoy rewarding them with treats for good behavior. I promise not to fatten up your pets too much though.

About: I am a veterinarian who has dedicated her life to caring for animals. I have worked with animals from a young age, including many hours working in vet offices in high school leading up to college and vet school (became a licensed vet in 2020). I am quite comfortable with caring for animals who need medications administered, or more intense levels of care while their owners are away. Working with animals brings me joy and peace, and making sure they are happy and well cared for is my life mission. I am free to drop in during the week or board animals for extended periods, and if your animal needs medications administered as part of their care I am very capable. I am comfortable handling large dogs (I have a lot of practice in my line of work as a veterinarian). I am also comfortable with young animals, cats, older animals, and any animal requiring high levels of care.

At my home, I have a whole floor for them to hang out and look out a huge window to deer, birds, plants. We walk in the suburb, or take car rides if ok. Watch movies, naps. I make sure in any situation that safety and risk assessment is on point. If I don’t know I will ask. If it’s a medium breed or smaller dog in my home, I’ll walk them with my chihuahua, or if not, just walk separately.
About: I like to take a supervised yet hands-off approach to watching over dogs. That is, letting dogs be their curious and playful selves while making sure they're safe and well taken care of. I've owned dogs my whole life (breeds including portuguese water dog, rottweilers, maltese/poodle mix, terrier mix, schnauzer/poodle mix, and a german shepherd currently) and find that they are happier and better behaved when given freedom to explore and lead rather than be expected to remain obedient and tame at all times. Some pups need more structure and thrive on a little more rigidity though, and I am very capable of meeting whatever their needs are and sticking to what you know is best for their personality. I am easily swooned by all kinds of dogs but am not one to let them use their good looks and charm to get the best of me. I am mostly just excited to hang out with as many of these guys as I can! I do want to be transparent that I work regular hours Mon - Fri, so I cannot stay with your pups 24/7 during the week. That being said, lunch time bathroom breaks are a guarantee! Walks in the morning and in the evening, and a quick potty break in the afternoon! I do have a day job, but your sweet pup will always be my first priority. I have a large backyard and live just a few short minutes from the Huckleberry Trail 🙂 I also have a spacious yard where your furry friend can roam free!

I have helped change diapers, clean up messes, give relaxing baths, and provide as much exercise as possible for any pets I have watched over the years. About: My home is where I tell people "they have me trained well". I love all animals and believe they deserve the best of treatment as they give to us so unconditionally. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of. We taught this by stroking gently and telling him to "be nice" this is just a "baby". Animals are never hit or disciplined by any harsh means, we reinforce good behavior. Our dogs get brushed every night around 7:00 and remind us if we miss the time and we treat them to a small snack every evening around 8:30 which they know also.

About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. I have had chickens for about 7 years and 4 dogs for over 15 years. I also have some experience with other animals as well. I grew up with three German shepherds and a crazy hyper Jack Russell. We bred our two german shepherds and kept one puppy from the litter so I do have experience with puppies and the patience to take care of them. The two shepherds I grew up with passed away due to sicknesses so I also have experience taking care of sick dogs and giving them the extra special care they need! If my client is not comfortable with letting them go without a leash I also have an extremely large fenced in area that small dogs to large dogs cannot get out of. I do have a Jack Russell who is old so I keep other animals away from her to make sure she is safe and not at risk of being hurt since she is older. I also have a German shepherd and she is all love and cuddles and enjoys play time with other dogs and would love another furry friend to play with!

“Natalie took care of my sweet pittbull for 26 days while I traveled outside the country! At first I was nervous because the pictures had not been updated and honestly the appearance is slightly jarring at first. However if you can look past that, Natalie is a passionate dog owner, her own dogs are healthy, happy and well trained. My pittbull has tons of allergies and requires supplements, oral drops, baths, and topical foam. Natalie was willing to take that on, and provide a routine for my dog so that she could play, socialize, and be well cared for. Natalie gives daily pictures so you can visualize your dog is safe and sound! Don’t judge a book by its cover!! I am so glad my dog found her rhythm and enjoyed her time with Natalie. Being at home allows me to be very flexible with the care you need. My family has both a dog and cat at home, so I’m familiar with the care needed for both. I have a large un-fenced yard surrounded by woods; supervised time outside only and on a leash unless you and I both are confident in obedience to come when called. I have a small dog at home who prefers a cuddle buddy over a play mate, but she is friendly with most dogs and loves cats! In the event I leave home I prefer crating until I get to know your pup.

About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.
