I started working at a kennel at age 22 with tasks such as bathing, walking, training and playtime supervision. I was in charge of 15 dogs at a time. About: We provide care in our home and treat your babies like our own. We walk them multiple times a day, love on them, take them on field trips when possible, we spoil them rotten. We can help with crate training, potty training, house Manners etc. We have experience with Senior dogs ( most recent passed this December 2024 at 15 years old). I have had diabetic pets so am willing to administer meds as required. I have volunteered with a local rescue for 4 years now and have fostered for that long as well and have experience dealing with many difficult behaviors like resource guarding, counter surfing and more. Here at Bark n Kuddles we are a husband and Wife team so our dogs are very rarely alone. I teach high school so during the school day my husband takes the pups on walks, and outings and provides play time and snuggle time. When I am home we share the responsibilities and our kids are trained so they love on your babies too but they know boundaries and are very good at being mini pack leaders. The only time your pet would be alone is if we had to go somewhere as a family where dogs could not come but we have two pups of our own to keep them company but again that is rare that someone is not home. We only take one or two clients at a time as we have a small home but we take the dogs out on walks (Distance depends on the dogs need but could be 2 to 3 miles easily) and I have access to a big fenced in yard that my family owns should dogs need off leash time and play time (under our watch at all times of course). We do crate dogs when home alone for their safety and to protect the house but they get yummy kongs with frozen treats and other treats as long as owner is ok with it. We love on them how the pups want to be loved on. If they want to lay next to us we let them. If they prefer to just chill off to the side that's all good too. We also follow all owners instructions whether in our home or yours and give your baby the attention they need to keep them happy and safe while you are gone.

About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I’m currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. About: I’ve always had pets in the house for as long as I can remember , I have 3 dogs of my own as well as 2 bunnies. I also take care of other people’s dogs from time to time. I love animals and I always get along with them well , I know each animals needs is unique and am willing to do exactly what they need! I can always find time for the animals! I do community college right now and only one class in person so my schedule is very flexible ! I have very energetic animals so them being jumpy or a little crazy will not scare me off whatsoever . From puppies to senior animals I am definitely able to provide the care they need!
About: I have owned multiple dogs in my adulthood. I currently own a 4 year old golden who I have personally trained, and a 1.5 year old who I work with every day. I have worked at a dog day care for 5 months where I learned more about dog body language and how to diffuse any fights. I have walked and babysat dogs for friends. I consider all dogs to be my friends, because there is no such things as a bad dog. I work 12 hour night shifts Friday-Sunday. I am completely available Monday-Thursday. Because my weeks are so open then I can spend more time taking care of pups who may need extra walks. I have a friendly golden retriever who is 4 years old. She loves to play! She does great with other dogs (she used to have a brother) but also knows how to cuddle and chill. Hazel is 1.5 years old and still has crazy puppy energy. Neither walk without a treat bag in hand to keep training a daily activity.
About: Had animals all my life. Currently have a 1.5 yr old lab and a bearded dragon. Love all kinds of animals. Spend my time with them making sure they are relaxing like they r at the spa. Only work part time out of the house but am right around the corner to come back and check on em.theor needs r most important to me. They will have free range in the house to walk around and even got a spare bedroom if they want privacy. Big backyard to walk around with woods to walk around
