About: I am a lover of all animals. I currently have 4 goats, 10 pot bellied pigs, 5 cats. and 3 dogs and almost all of my pets are rescues. Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. I can administer oral or injectable meds if needed. I know I am the perfect person to love and care for your pet while you are away. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, cared for and dog sat for over 15 years while being a nannny. I've had two dogs of my own as well. My family and I have recently lost our beloved pup and are desiring to spend time with yours to get all the dog snuggles and love we can! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. We are home daily and most weekends. We love for your sweet pup to hang with us during the day or stay with us during a vacation or long weekend away. We do not have a fenced in yard but have 2 acres of property that we would leash your dog and take for walks around the property. If your baby needs daily medication (eye drops, ear drops, pills or injections) I can easily accomplish on schedule. Our Bernedoodle, Claira, loves other dogs and cats! About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY night thru SUNDAY. morning. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I do not have neighbors directly adjacent to my yard, so there is minimal concern about pets being distracted or stressed by animals on the other side of the fence. I am a lifelong animal lover and currently share my home with a senior dog, whom I've raised since she was 8 weeks old, and a young cat who has been part of our family since he was 8 weeks old as well. Having cared for pets through every stage of life—from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets requiring extra attention—I understand that every animal has unique needs and routines. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated like a member of the family. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can feel at home while you're away. I personally allow my pets on the furniture, but I fully respect each owner's preferences. If your pet has specific rules, routines, feeding schedules, medication needs, or restrictions, just let me know and I will be happy to follow them to ensure consistency and comfort during their stay. I believe communication is important, so I am also happy to provide updates, photos, and messages while your pet is in my care, giving you peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and well loved.
About: I have experience in daycare/boarding settings, i have experience with high drive dogs, I do dog sports with my own personal dog so i am pretty confident in my handling skills. I have done years of research on dog related things some including understanding body language, knowing when a dog is uncomfortable or needs to be removed from a situation, what things are good and what are bad, how to use training tools properly if needed, learning the genetics of dog breeds and just over all temperaments that certain breeds have. I grew up on a farm full of dogs and other animals ive always owned dogs especially bully breeds ive been around dogs will all ages, behaviors and sizes my family and friends all know my love for animals and how good i am with them and how much i care about them even when they arent my own. I currently am unemployed, i am a stay at home dog mom and aside from the occasional grocery store run i am at home with my dogs. I will care for your pet to the best of my ability and under any instructions that may be given to me. I will care for your pet like they are my own and keep them as safe as possible while under my care!

I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be fully present for the pets in my care. Because I’m home throughout the day, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention rather than leaving pets alone for long periods. I can easily adjust my day to match your pet’s routine, whether that includes early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, medication reminders, or extra cuddle time. My flexible work-from-home schedule also allows me to respond quickly to any needs that come up and gives me the freedom to focus on keeping pets comfortable, happy, and well cared for at all times. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of dogs and a designated dog park, which provides a safe and social environment for pets to get exercise and enrichment. I always supervise playtime at the dog park and only allow interactions that are positive and appropriate for each pet’s temperament and comfort level. In my home, I maintain a clean, calm, and pet-safe environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special instructions provided by owners. Pets are never left unattended outside, and I ensure doors, leashes, and gates are always secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and stick to their pet’s established routine to minimize stress. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet with patience, attentiveness, and the same level of care I would want for my own animals.
