We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. Between our families, we’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, giving us experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Unfortunately our kitty would run and hide after greeting her so she couldn’t get many pictures. She even went and found him and sat trying to convince him to come out! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

We set up a meet and greet during which my pup, Maizy displayed some anxiety, but Tina was not deterred. She knew Maizy needed to warm up at her pace and she got some treats right away to help build up some trust! She sent pictures and really helped me feel at ease that Maizy was well cared for! There was even a storm that rolled by which Maizy is terrified of thunder and Tina helped her feel safe! I would definitely book with her again should we need it!”

About: I’ve taken care of pretty much all kinds of animals in my life! Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, chickens… I’m a current dog mom to 4 pups. One of which is a cancer dog, so I’m very familiar with giving medication if need be. We also have a 1 year old puppy + are very refreshed on puppy life!
