Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. Hopefully next time they will get to see the Canadian geese which visit the local pond regularly. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 23. I love to pet and feed them. I treat dogs as part of the family. I am home full time and have plenty of time to care for dogs that need care. I also have two dogs of my own. We start our day at 6:30AM. I prepare and feed the dogs at 7AM, 12:00PM, and again at 5:00PM (If they are hungry). I let the dogs run in the yard for 30 minutes, after each feeding, i when the weather permits. We walk in the mornings, rhen again in the evenings. Dental treats and regular treats are given daily.

About: I have had all different types of animals since I was a kid. For the past several years I have spent time fostering cats and dogs as well as adopting my own dog, (who is blind), Willow! I currently have a work from home job that allows for a flexible schedule and availability that can fit the needs of you and your animals! About: I’ve had experience owning and fostering a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities, so I’m comfortable reading dog behavior and helping them feel at ease in a new environment. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or more laid-back, I’ll meet them where they are. My goal is simple: your dog feels safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away—and you don’t have to stress about it. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I already have a dog of my own. My day is structured around regular feeding times, outdoor play, and time outside, so adding another dog is a smooth transition. Dogs in my care get multiple opportunities throughout the day to be outside in our fenced yard, along with attention, playtime, and a calm indoor environment to relax. I’m used to balancing different energy levels, whether that means active play or just giving a dog a quiet, comfortable space. I have short working hours, which allows me to be home often and give consistent attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. I’m happy to follow any routines, feeding schedules, or special instructions to keep things consistent for your pup. Communication is important to me, so you can expect updates and photos while they’re here. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for any pet. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and structured environment where dogs can feel secure and settle in comfortably. We have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time, and all pets are supervised when outside. Inside, each dog has space to relax while still being part of a welcoming home environment. I take introductions seriously—especially with my dog and cats—and make sure every interaction is gradual and positive. My pets are well-socialized and have done great with visiting dogs, but I always prioritize what’s best for each individual dog. We’re often trusted by friends and family to watch their dogs, and it’s something we genuinely enjoy. Because of that, I’m intentional about not overbooking so each dog gets the attention, care, and calm environment they deserve. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding routines and any specific needs. I also keep communication open, so you’ll receive updates and can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
