About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. I have a dog and 4 cats of my own, so I’m very much used to taking care of animals! Most of my cats are indoors but I do have a dog that I take on walks. I’m currently looking for a full time job to replace my current job. I am a senior in college but do it all online so I am very flexible. I always try to make a pet feel as comfortable as possible around me. I’m not an overly hyper person so I wouldn’t make them nervous in that way. I usually come in, sit down, and let them get used to me and make sure they’re okay to get around me.

We signed up for Rover and immediately matched with Edith. Not only was she able to accommodate our last-minute boarding and sitting request, but she went above and beyond. We received the sweetest pictures and videos of our puppy, Rosie, which warmed our hearts and gave us peace of mind.
