I liked that they only take a few dogs a day to reduce exposure and ensure they are all being watched. I loved the occasional photo and video updates, which her other daycare doesn't do it all. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I've helped raise dogs from 6 weeks to 16 years old. The young and the old need a little more attention and I'm happy to help. I prefer the company of dogs than my friends, they could vouch for that! I'm both loving and also stern because I've raised both labs and pitties. They require different types of parenting techniques, and I am equipped to handle anything. I work full time, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. I'm happy to use my work breaks to check on animals for those who need the extra attention. My availability will be based around my work and my 2 kiddos at home. I can adjust weekly routines to incorporate pickup/drop offs, stop in visits, after work walks, or overnight stays. I treat dogs like they are our kids. I talk to them, I cuddle with them, and I use positive reinforcement to train good habits. I've helped raise a dozen dogs and each dog likes to show you how they like to be treated. I learned this lesson the hard way when I was raising dogs and had to learn different techniques to train each of them individually. Labs learn and function much different than bulldogs and pitbulls. I treat each dog the same regardless of size or attitude. Though I may give them some attitude when mouth off, like I do with my pitty at home (lol). “Alexsys provided us with the best dog care on Rover! We initially had a last minute notice from the previous sitter who had to cancel on us. Alexsys was quick to reply and get us booked. My dog Chase had an amazing time! Alexsys always provided us with pics and updates everyday day, something previous dog sitters didn’t provide unless I asked. She was very friendly and I cold tell my dog liked her. When we can to pick up my dog, we had forgotten his dog bowls. Alexsys was kind enough to drive 30mins to our house and deliver them. She really cares about her clients! We will definitely be using her services again!!”

“What can I say? Sarah was fantastic! The whole experience was so easy and wonderful for our dog. Sarah was flexible and very responsive. Super accommodating. She kept us supplied with lots of updates and photos during the whole visit. Our hound sometimes has anxiety during new experiences but she was so well cared for that she felt immediately at ease when we arrived and through the whole visit. Sarah and her wonderful family took such good care of her that I would absolutely want my dog to stay with her again. Highly recommend!”
