They took the time to show us both the inside of their home and their yard, which was very important to us, and it was immediately obvious how organized and prepared they are. They asked thoughtful questions about Charlie and Roscoe's personalities, routines, feeding schedules, medications, supplements, allergies, and habits so they could care for them exactly the way we do. Amy and Grant took the time to understand each of their individual needs, and it was obvious from the beginning that they truly wanted to provide the same level of care our dogs receive at home. We had a last-minute schedule change that was completely my fault, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Throughout their seven-day stay, they sent multiple updates every day with photos and videos that made us smile and reassured us that our boys were happy, safe, and loved. It was especially sweet to see their children spending time with Charlie and Roscoe and treating them like members of the family. The thing that impressed me most was the incredible attention to detail. They sent home a spreadsheet documenting everything—from feedings, medications, and supplements to personalities, allergies, and routines. Most times people ask me what did I do to make the dog relax. Triston has a genuine compassion towards animals that we immediately felt when meeting him. He preferred knowing daily habits and schedules which we really appreciated.
