About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, both large and small. During that time, I’ve cared for puppies, rescue dogs that have been adopted, foster dogs for a short term, and dogs with special considerations: including lower half paralysis and deafness. I love being able to play with dogs whether it be a game of fetch or a wrestle session in the living room. I also like taking dogs for walks and letting them explore with their noses. I’m a full time remote worker with a pretty flexible schedule and very limited travel, so I am around the area consistently. Whether it be an early morning walks or multiple romps around the backyard, I’m always game to keep your dog active. I will provide the best care for pets visiting my home and when I am in their space. I like to get on the dog’s level and let them know I’m a friend before we go for a walk or start playing.
