About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. I grew up on a farm and have always loved animals. My girls Piper, Ella and Shelby are my world. I love these dogs like they are children. They are spoiled I will admit. I also have taken care of my friends dogs for years while they have been out of town and my house as "Aunt Paige's Doggie Camp" All my dogs I have brought up from puppies. I have house trained them, crate trained them and trained them on the invisible fence for the yard. They always get lots of love and have lots of toys to play with, both inside and outside. If they are well trained and can be lose a return on command they can play in the yard with my girls.

I own two Great Danes and previously had a cat, so I’m comfortable with large breeds, daily routines, and attentive care. I’m patient, experienced, and confident caring for both energetic pets and seniors. As a college student, I plan my pet care around my class schedule and have plenty of availability outside of class times. I’m free most mornings, evenings, and weekends. My classes are spread out during the day, which allows me to provide consistent check-ins, walks, feedings, and quality time while still maintaining a reliable routine for each pet. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable and routines stay consistent. I prioritize safety by carefully following all care instructions, securing doors and gates, and maintaining a calm, clean environment. I respect each home and communicate regularly with updates so owners feel confident their pets are safe and well cared for.

About: I am definitely the biggest animal lover you will get to know! For years i’ve cared for and trained a wide range of animals wild and domestic. I’ve also worked in shelters and rescue centers to helped troubled dogs and cats. I have experience handling about every personality type of animal and sizes + quantities. Every animal I meet, I treat with the same love and care as my own fur babies. I cant wait to take care of your beloved furry friends!! “Hillary is a great sitter. A dog lover, she was so engaged and involved with our 2 Goldens during the week they stayed with her and her family. She sent multiple pictures, videos, and texts every day. The dogs were in great shape when we picked them up and it was clear that that they had been very well cared for. It is so comforting to know that your beloved pets are in good hands and Hillary exudes that type of confidence in her care. “Wow! Our two large dogs are home, and after spending two days with Charissa, they seem so calm and are now happily sacked out this evening. Amazingly, our lab seems to have learned not to be so mouthy when he greets us, something we've been meaning to teach him not to do! I loved how attentive to our dog's personalities Charissa was in our first meeting. It was incredible to find that she loves training dogs, knew exactly how mine had learned and was willing to reinforce their knowledge! She was kind enough to send daily photos which showed happy, active dogs (and a couple of sleepy ones!) and I know my dogs, they had such a great time! “Five stars are not enough. We recently visited Charlottesville from Atlanta to see our UVA student son and participate in the Charlottesville Marathon with him. We usually travel with Dexter, our very active golden retriever, but were not sure what to do with him before and during the race with such an early start. We were so very fortunate to find Heather, her wonderful family, and their amazing place here on Rover. We dropped Dexter off the afternoon before the race and picked him up the next day after the race. Communication with Heather was perfect during the booking process, leading up to drop off, during the stay--with great updates and photos, as well as on our way for a delayed pickup due to race traffic issues. Dexter easily settled with Heather and her family, and he got plenty of exercise. Dexter actually has a collar that tracks his steps and Dexter hit a new record during his stay that was nearly 3x his daily average (and remember we said Dexter is very active). Dexter was so welcomed and well cared for, when we arrived to pick him up he was happy to see us, but he honestly didn't seem very excited or wanting to leave, and knowing Dexter that speaks volumes. I almost felt bad reclaiming Dexter. It was a short visit for a long trip and weekend, but we left Charlottesville feeling very blessed and humbled by Heather and her family's hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next Charlottesville trip when Dexter can visit the farm again.”

“I did a lot of homework and reviewing of boarders for my 1.5-year-old, 70 lb. Aussie/golden before landing on Robin because of her amazing reviews and years of experience. We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. He actually looked disappointed to go home! We will of course be back and will tell everyone we know who needs a boarder! Thank you, Robin!”
