About: I started my journey with dogs 4 years ago and have not looked back enjoying every moment since. I am a certified trainer who loves improving the relationship between human and dog. We have a dog yard plus 5 acres. All dogs stay in our extra bedroom, which is now considered the dog room. I personally have two dogs, a cattle dog and a husky mix. They are both very social with all other dogs. We like to have a good time here but I keep a very safe environment for the dogs, no fighting or picking on one another. NO DOG IS TURNED AWAY. If you think your dog is aggressive, I can and will evaluate them so that if possible, we will get them socializing with their own kind and having a great time. Thanks, have a good day! I train dogs for a living so I stay at my house 7 days a week besides when I work with clients and those lessons tend to run about an hour but no more than 2 hours! I have 9 years experience running my own kennel and have two dogs with a large fence so there will be no boredom here! I recently have been working as a nanny and that has involved light care for pets as well, my current duties are walking the two dogs and feeding them treats and filling water bowls. My fiancé and I take care of them together, but much of the day to day things fall onto my plate. So, I have 4 very different dogs with 4 different needs, wants, and energy levels. On top of this, I also work in the veterinary field and have for the past couple years. Taking care of animals is something I literally do 24/7 and absolutely love it. With my personal pets, I make sure that all of them get love every day. Also, I try and get them some type of exercise. Living in Virginia, the weather is the biggest challenge. We go from negative temperature to triple digits within the year. In the times when the weather is being trying, I try and make sure my dogs get more mental exercise to combat the lesser physical exercise. With all that said, I would do the same with a clients pet. I would treat them as my own and give them the best quality care while they are with me.

About: I have been a pet owner for over 15 years and have experience working with terminally ill cats and dogs. I also have been trained under vets both in-clinic and out of clinic. I currently work part time a couple hours with horses in barn and an Australian Shepherd. So I have ample time to spend with your fur babies at home. I am an energetic person, so I love to go for walks, spend ample time outside playing fetch and other stimulating games. I also enjoy water play if the fur babies enjoy water.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs on a farm, apartment, townhouse, etc. I have experience with many different personalities, energy levels, and breed needs I currently have two dogs of my own, a great pyrenees and a golden retriever. I’ve also worked at a veterinary clinic as a vet tech, gaining additional experiences with animal care, health needs, and proper handling. I beleive no dog should be judged by their breed or put under a general label. I focus on their body language and individual personalities, while still addressing breed needs. I currently am working 32-40 hours a week that gives me a certain level of flexibility to match your schedule. I receive my schedule every Saturday, two weeks posted at a time. I will give full transparency if there are any schedule conflicts. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, they’re your family! My goal is to always make sure both you and your pet few safe, supported, and at ease while you’re away. I do my best to follow your pet’s routing exactly the way you do at home, adjusting to whatever care instructions you prefer. I am also more than happy to provide updates as often as you’d life, whether that’s daily or hourly check-ins, photos, or videos so you can see how your pet is doing. I pay close attention to your pet’s behavior, health, and surroundings, making sure they’re safe and comfortable both inside the home and in outdoor spaces. I keep information on local vets and emergency clinics on my phone. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would my own!
