About: Lifelong dog owner with decades of experience caring for dogs both big and small. I work from home and am able to provide maximum companionship and plenty of exercise. Boarders or daycare get 2-3 walks/day, dozens of photos, and lots of love of course! I provide toys, bowls, a dog bed, treats, poop bags and a backup leash. A tired dog is a good dog :) feel free to bring your pet’s crate if you’d like! I grew up with border collies and labs, then rescued my own dogs in adulthood. One of my rescues was a very sick 3-month old puppy that I raised, so I am well-versed with puppy care. I do not currently have pets living in the home, so your dogs will have the run of the place! I own my own home on a quiet circle street. My yard is an expansive quarter acre of grass with access to miles of mowed walking paths off my backyard. When a visit starts, I like to take the dogs on a “Welcome Walk” to get acquainted in neutral outdoor space. I prioritize safety and clear communication (with owners and dogs!) to create a comfortable experience for all. I look forward to taking care of your wonderful pets! I work from home, so I am flexible for drop-ins, last-minute needs, or regular walks, and can give your dog consistent companionship…and some fun of course! Rain or shine, I am happy to take them out. I provide a treats (if allowed), a dog bed, bowls, toys and backup leash (but I prefer you bring the leash your dog is familiar with!). Please feel free to bring a crate if you’d like to crate your dog! When a visit starts, I like to take the dogs on “Welcome Walk” where we get acquainted in the great outdoors. This allows me to build our bond in neutral space with plenty of positive stimulation for the dogs. I prioritize safety and clear communication (with owners and dogs!) to create a comfortable experience for all. I have used the clicker training method in the past, and do not believe in any form of domineering or physical correction. Your dog will have a stable experience here!

About: My approach matches the energy of the animal and meets them on a level they’re ready for! I have spent my whole life taking care of cats, and they have taught me how to respect an animal’s boundaries with patience and compassion. I have petsat for several years now! It is a delight to learn and love every furred friend I have the privilege of taking care of. Safety and trust with your animal is my primary focus. Currently, my schedule is very open, especially during the weekdays! I have a notebook I use to keep track of my schedule and special notes. About: I have taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes for as long as I can remember. I have a large black lab of my own so I’m used to handling big dogs. I have watched dogs of all breeds from great Danes to mini toy poodles. I’m a grad student looking for a way to make a little extra money by taking great care of some pups. I’m currently in graduate school but have large gaps between classes where I can take your pup on brief walks, feed, and play with them throughout the day! In the mornings or afternoon once my classes are over I can take the dogs on longer walks and spend a little bit more time with them! At this time I do not provide care in my home but I’m willing to drop by at any hour to help keep your pup company! I am a lover of all animals! About: First of all, my name is Toni. Rover will only accept legally changed names, and I haven’t gotten there yet. But I’m Toni M. and I started getting involved with pet care because of my mental illness and autism. The stress of life was lowering my ability to function and every job I tried seemed to make it all worse. Enter: Dogs. I decided if I was going to make it I needed to be doing something that gave instead of took from me. Animals have helped bring me back to life in the dark. I’ve worked with puppies and older dogs. I’ve spent significant time with dogs with anxiety issues as well. I tend to connect with dogs who need a little extra love the most anyway. I do have a job but I’m available for boarding if pet is crate trained. When a pet stays with me we have a routine. Coffee (for me), breakfast, walk. And in the evenings we eat, play, have downtime. I guarantee an hour of exercise a day for your pet as well. My yard is fenced so no chance of escape. I like to play outside with the animals twice a day. Water bowel is always filled and animals are always welcome on my furniture. They’re free to make themselves at home.
About: While I am new to pet sitting, I’ve spent my whole life taking care of my own pets as well as pet sitting/ house sitting for family while they’re away. I have experience with animals ranging for dogs, cats, fish and guinea pigs! I have experience with the importance of following routines, giving fresh food and water, cleaning up accidents, giving potty breaks, making sure pets feel safe and comfortable, and since I work in a hospital, recognizing changes in behavior. I understand that different pets have unique needs. My dog Ruby has severe separation anxiety and I provide her comfort, patience, and security during her flare ups. I’m committed to following your instructions closely so your pet receives the same love and care they’re used to at home. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family! I’m currently working 3 days a week Thursday-Saturday as a night shift PCT at a hospital.I will be moving to part-time in August working 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays), and will have more flexibility! I am only accepting bookings on my days off and I can provide plenty of potty breaks, walks, playtime, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day! Whether your pet is more active or laid back I’ll make sure they are comfortable, safe and attended to while you’re away. About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets, both dogs and cats and when I didn't have a pet of my own, would often borrow one! They make life so much better! Two of my references can give you first hand information about how much I loved and cared for their dogs. I work a 40 hour week in Waynesboro and depending on location of the pet, can do drop in visits before and after work and sometimes during the day (if local). I can come to your home or your dog can come to mine. I am not opposed to overnight stays. Your pet will be treated as if my own and with as much love and care as they can handle! They are more than pets, they are family!

I ensure that water is available at all times and that food is provided per the owners designated feeding schedule. Most importantly, I am willing and able to provide care as the owner would for their own pet. I will always be attentive to a dogs body language and interact accordingly as to not overstep their boundaries. I am also experienced with cats of varying temperaments and socialization levels. I am well-attuned to a cats desires and bids for attention and will always honor their comfortability. If a cat is wanting attention, I will happily provide it. If they are afraid or unsure of whether or not they want interaction with me, I will happily honor that.
