“This was by far our best boarding experience ever. To start with the set up is perfect and the place is absolutely beautiful with lots of room. So much so that I even asked if they would board humans. Incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough when it came to pre-planning to drop off and communication during boarding and pick up. They had us bring as much of our dogs stuff from home such as bed and bowls, and that type of thing that way it would not break the routine and we definitely have seen the results since we picked up our pet. Many times when we pick our pet up It takes them a couple days to get back on track but it’s almost like we never even left her. Can’t say enough about the quality of care and people and the place our dog was kept. Will definitely be taking our dog back when we need . About: Hey there! My name is Anna and I am an experienced pet caretaker. I am new to Rover, but have over five years of pet care experience. I have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life, so i understand the different needs and unique personalities of your pets. I am adaptable, responsible, and compassionate. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and take care of them like they are my own! I am free to take care of your pets all summer! I am free this summer before I begin my graduate studies at Duke next fall. I will always prioritize the safety, enjoyment, and comfort of your furry friends! About: My love of pet care began at age 14 when I got my 1st job working with a vet. I bicycled each morning at 6 am before school to clean cages. My love and determination has not waned over the years and I have continued, off and on, to work with vets and offer in home pet care to a diverse group of clients from birds to wolfhounds for the last 30+ years.. I am looking forward to meeting your fur family and discussing how I might provide the best care for your loved ones in your absence. As a fellow user of this service, I understand the desire for an experienced, trust worthy, capable, level headed care giver with a degree of common sense. My aim is to provide the same level of care that I would expect my family to receive as well. Your sense of confidence in my abilities to care for your family is my #1 priority. I bi-locate between Greensboro and Danville and am available in both locations and between. I look forward to speaking with you! At the moment, in home pet care is my first priority and upon approval, I can be available 7 days per week as well as on an extended basis, upon review and acceptance by both parties for in your home pet care and walking duties as well as drop-in visits. I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. For this reason, I highly recommend in home pet care. I am willing to discuss pet care in my home on a case by case basis.
About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. Currently I have a pug, Pixie. I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, turtles and cats before. Currently I work part time and have lots of extra time for walks. I am very flexible with changes if you need to add more visitis. I offer visits to your home, 30 minute and 60 minute walks, and transportation services. I treat you fur baby as my own and give them lots of attention.
About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. I make sure my home is a very welcome environment for animals of all kinds. Like my husband likes to say, I want a petting zoo in life. I currently work part-time in a pawn shop and full time mom to an adorable little toddler. We love being able to be around and care for animals as much as we can. I go on holidays maybe once or twice a year so I’m always around willing to help train or even just be a companion to your furry friend while you’re away I have an open yard with plenty of space to run around. I also have crates within the house just in case they need to be crated too. I have 3 adult dogs that roam free and are very friendly, as well as 3 puppies, and a 2 cats inside my house as well too. But it’s very rare my cats will come out during the day if I’m housing a dog inside.

They have designated rest areas (although I do allow animals on furniture), plenty of enrichment activities/toys, and lots of affection of course! I also have a large yard where my dogs love to run around and play with toys (when outside, they are always supervised) and a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks! I am always keeping my eyes on them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners during each visit. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of all kinds of animals! I took care of cows, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, quails, frogs, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, hamsters and rats! I have always been a major animal lover and continue to be! I love spending time with my pets and for my friends and families pets too! I currently am remote Purchasing Associate for a national dermatology company. My shifts are usually about 5 hours long, which gives me lots of time to spend with the fur friends. I usually run my dog in the morning and evening, and spend time with her at the park and other places I go to. Sometimes Cardi, Boat and I just like to hang out in the yard and have a cup of coffee! I often take walks and go to the park and many other places. When I pet sit for my friends and family I work with what they have in their home. At my home I also have a long lead so they can safely play in the yard!

“This was by far our best boarding experience ever. To start with the set up is perfect and the place is absolutely beautiful with lots of room. So much so that I even asked if they would board humans. Incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough when it came to pre-planning to drop off and communication during boarding and pick up. I especially liked that. They had us bring as much of our dogs stuff from home such as bed and bowls, and that type of thing that way it would not break the routine and we definitely have seen the results since we picked up our pet. Many times when we pick our pet up It takes them a couple days to get back on track but it’s almost like we never even left her. Can’t say enough about the quality of care and people and the place our dog was kept. Will definitely be taking our dog back when we need . I can’t stress enough how enjoyable our vacation was knowing that we didn’t have to worry about anything regarding our pets care.”
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a teenager. My friends, neighbors, and my family would rely on me to check on them. I would play with them, feed them, walk them, and sometimes if they have injuries I would change them and keep an eye on them while they were in my care. I'm currently not working at this moment. Im available from 9-5 during the weekdays but on the weekends I can do a couple hours if needed. I prefer the weekdays to be at the client's house and the weekends can be at my house because I have my kiddos. They love animals like they run with them and play fetch as well.
