“Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: My dog Freckles and I would love to welcome other pups in our home, which features an open basement for dog play, a gated garage for outdoor lounging (see photos), and a small nearby park for dog walks. I work remotely from home during the week with a flexible schedule for taking the pups outside as needed. Morning and evening walks with occasional trips to the dog park. About: I have been around dogs my entire life. There isn't a time I can remember not having dogs around my entire childhood. So, I went into a dog-centered field. I am certified as dog obedience trainer, and have worked with my parents senior Westie. I am currently staying at home, so I have a lot of time. He had the BEST time playing with all the other dogs and I know he was loved on. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have hands-on experience caring for my own dogs as well as dog sitting for family members. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and giving lots of attention and affection. I’m available anytime on Fridays and weekends since I’m off work those days. Monday through Thursday, I’m available for evening visits and later times as needed. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or in a client’s home. About: I'm friendly with all kinds of pets, both kitties and doggos, I have a very peaceful home very welcoming to new critters. Plenty of room to run around and exercise. Currently working part-time for the summer, can easily give your fur baby's the attention they need whenever you're busy or out of town. Plenty of space behind the house to get them lots of exercise. Hardwood floors and a big grassy yard with a field behind the house. Very easy to walk super quiet neighborhood. Also have the ability to create your pets if necessary.
