About: I have a lot of experience watching dogs and cats. I have trained 2 of our puppies as well. I have 4 years of experience teaching as well. I would love to do this full time if possible. I have a baby but am very flexible on the weekends and evenings as well. I would pet the dogs and give them the same care I would give my own. About: I grew up on a farm so I have always had a love for animals big or small! I typically have been around 2 or 3 dogs and love basic training, walks (or runs), and helping our furry friends feel comfortable in any setting. I work full time but am happy to take your little one on walks (or runs) before(8am) or after work(5pm) or on weekends! RAIN OR SHINE. If you need a drop in buddy to play games or just simply keep your dog/s company I am happy to be their companion. Or if you want to add a little socialization in their time at home, I am happy to bring my (large) dog to play, he’s very nice/social and always wants to meet new friends! About: I have taken care of animals of all shapes and sizes my entire life. I grew up with at least two large dogs at all times, and at points there were four of them in the house along with birds and copious amounts of cats to take care of. I also have experience caring for large animals such as horses and I have eight years of handling them under my belt. About: Lifelong dog owner with decades of experience caring for dogs both big and small. I work from home and am able to provide constant care, companionship and plenty of exercise. I am happy to host dogs from different families if they are friendly, but I am also happy to host your dog(s) alone. Boarders or daycare get at least two to three 30+ min walks/day, dozens of photos, and lots of love of course! I provide toys, bowls, a dog bed, treats, poop bags and a backup leash. A tired dog is a good dog :) I grew up with border collies and labs, then rescued my own dogs in adulthood. My six year old son is often present for a booking. He is a responsible child who has been taught to be respectful of dogs by giving them space and patience. If your booking request ends up being a time that he will be staying with me, then he enjoys participating in meet in greets to ensure everyone is a great fit :) we have yet to meet a dog we didn’t like! We have over 150 acres of beautiful rolling hills conveniently located between Lynchburg and Charlottesville. During the visit, we will take your dog for relaxing on-leash walks. When they are indoors, they will have access to a large, comfortable farmhouse with loving people to keep them company. We will never let your dog off the leash outside and will always give them the highest level of supervision. I have been watching dogs for conscientious pet owners for over 12 years, and I have had a dog for many years. Since the dogs have the run of the house and we live on a farm with lots of outdoor activity, we require that dogs are treated with flea and tick medicine before arrival. I started working at my local animal shelter in 2012, I worked there for three and half years. I graduated high school in 2014 and attended Blue Ride Communtiy College were I received my certification in Veterinary Assisting. After, I then went on to work at an animal hospital for a few years. I am familiar with walking, feeding, giving medications, bathing, etc. I love all animals no matter the kind! I have a very flexible schedule throughout the week and the weekend. About: I love animals every one of them. It's very therapeutic to me. I don't have all of the experience as most people who are on here, however I'm very patient with animals I have grown up with animals my entire life and I've always enjoyed the responsibility of taking care of a pet. I go above and beyond for any animal,(including wildlife) every animal deserves dignity, especially when they are apart of a family. I am very calm even when animals may be fretted or not sure. It's all about body language. I have a lab and I enjoy taking him hiking, bike riding, and sometimes just simply loving the cuddles and kisses while relaxing. Animals love me I don't know what it is about me but I enjoy giving the I currently am in college at Liberty University, but I’m online, which gives me a lot of availability to care for and love on others pets. I’m not an animal whisperer by any means, haha, however, I feel like it sometimes. Animals in general but dogs really have a special place in my heart they are just drawn to me and I’m drawn to them. I pay a lot of attention to their body language. I think that’s super important. I am a jogger and love to be outside and stimulation for a dog is super essential in pet care and I always make sure that I’m not only giving tons of kisses and love while their hoomans are gone but ensure they are thriving and they feel safe and comfortable with me. It’s my only goal. They are amazing animals and while kennels aren’t a a terrible option, I find it more comforting to the animal to be in their own home.
About: I have two small dogs who are my world. I love all types of pets, but can make room in my schedule and heart to take care of your dogs and cats. I will board dogs, but can only stop in and check on your cats. I am currently retired and only work some part-time jobs. I am pretty flexible and will work with families to take care of your precious pets. I have a large farm and home and will crate your dogs as needed. They will love the open space for walks and play. I will keep all pets separated for a more stress-free experience.
