About: Growing up with two other siblings and multiple pets, I was the one who was always caring for our animals. Whether it was walking our family dog Pepper, changing our rabbit Max's litterbox, or even giving our cat Tiki her insulin shots. Honestly, fast forward 20 years and not much has changed as I watch and care for my brother and sister's dogs, Smalls and Birdy, respectively, often. Oh, I also have my own 100% purebred good boy Yuki. Hes a 5 year old black field lab I've raised and trained since he was a puppy. Currently working part time and studying for IT certifications so I will have ample opportunities to walk, play, and care for your animals. Having a dog of my own I am very congniscient of feeding and walking times, willingly or not. Yuki and I go for walks twice daily around our neighborhood and even stop off at the park to throw the ball (finally, a dog that retrieves xD).
About: I have worked with animals ever since I could start working with them. When I was in middle school, I started volunteering with an animal rescue that specialized in labs and German shepherds. We also took in a lot of dogs that had mega-e, a condition in which their esophagus is enlarged and not able to receive foods or liquids to their stomachs properly. In cases like this I learned how to properly administer medications and foods to those animals to ensure they stay as healthy as they possibly can, it wasn't easy. I have fostered a numerous amount of dogs since then!! As soon as I was of age, I decided to work at dog daycares to gain more experience. There I learned how to groom ( nail trim, bathe, ear clean and teeth brushing), administer different medications and what to look for when a dog is stressed/ upset. I currently work at a vet clinic where I help assist our wonderful veterinarians in making sure every animal gets the care they need:) I currently work at a Petmedic Urgent Care about 5 minutes away from my apartment but have a pretty flexible schedule. I live with my boyfriend who was a dog groomer, as well as was getting trained to be a dog trainer. He currently works from home and is also on this app. Whenever I have a shift we tag team and he helps assures the pets are well taken care of!!! Scheduling meet and greets to ensure everyone gets along helps make sure this is okay:) Honestly, I treat every dog or animal like they are my very own. There is no animal I am scared of watching, nothing I would do to put a animal in harms way and understand every pet parent has a specific way they care for their dog! Every home I enter, I also treat it like it is my own. I am very respectable and have been in pet care for so long there is nothing that I wouldn't do for your pet<3

She provided plenty of photos and video updates and followed instructions to a T. She has a big backyard and comfortable looking house in a quiet neighborhood. My dog is usually pretty shy and can take a long time to warm up to new sitters, but he was right at home with Leslie. I would definitely recommend her to others, and plan to book with her again in the future.”

My dog had a skin tag that burst on our way there, which had never happened right before dropping him off at a sitter. I tried my best to stop the bleeding, but I eventually had to drop him off with them. I was very worried that he'd be a burden or get their home dirty but they were very understanding. They reassured me that they could handle it and their updates definitely eased my anxiety! Also, what was sweet to know about his stay is that their young son loved my dog and they slept together for the night. My pup adores cuddles so I just know he got all the attention he needed! “Anahita was a life saver for me this past weekend. She was able to care for Sammy with last minute notice, which I really appreciated. I like the fact that she has other dogs because Sammy is very social and likes to play with other dogs. Apparently he got along with her dogs just fine and that makes me happy. He needed some socialization. She sent photos throughout Sammy’s stay in her home. When I picked Sammy up the next day, he seemed very calm and relaxed. He was pretty calm the rest of the evening which was great. I expected a little anxiety when I returned but Sammy seemed peaceful on the drive back home. I think that Anahita’s calm, caring and peaceful personality played a huge part. I appreciate that so much. She pays attention to details that are important to the dog for a successful stay, but is not overly anxious. Thank you so much, Anahita, for caring for Sammy for me.
