About: Growing up my family has always had dogs from seniors to full litters of puppies. Hiking and exercise have always been vital in our dogs care. Dogs who are house trained are free to roam in and out of the house during the day with use of a dog door and fully fenced 6ft fence outside with 0.5 acres to run around. I take my dogs on walks everyday and would love to include yours as well! Weekends work best for me. Home during the day for the summer months so I have plenty of time to love on your pup. I have a large fenced yard with two dogs who love to be active and play well with others of all sizes both inside and outside as they want.

About: I've owned animals throughout my life. Currently, I have a lasb/mastiff mix, a boxer/dane mix, 1 cat, 4 lizards and a trantula that I share my home with. I'll care for your pet to the best of my abilities and they will always be loved, safe, and protected In my day to day life, my fiance and I share duties in the indie bookshop and creative space that we own. In the mornings, I get ready and take our dog outside. I always pick up the poop and dispose of it - it's a requirement in our townhome community. I then go in and feed the dog and give her any medications and supplements she may be on. Usually, I leave the house and my fiance takes care of her letting her out and taking a walk during the day. We do have a fenced dog park one block over that we frequently visit to let the pup run around off-leash for a bit and play with any other dogs that may be there and/or throw the ball. In the evening, we always go for a nightly walk before bed. Then our dog has a comfy bed at the foot of our bed and some stairs so she can get on the bed and lay with us. Your dog will get the same experience and care as our sweet girl, along with a playmate so boredom won't be an option. All dogs will be on leash outside of the home and waste will be disposed of properly. There's a fenced dog park near by that will allow your dog to run around off leash with our dog, who is very friendly and patient - an older spayed large dog, gentle as can be. Your dog will get the same care and protection as ours including no access to the cat box or open food they can grab, lots of love and attention, access to clean water always, and extra emphasize on anything you tell me your dog needs. I take our pets health very seriously.

About: I have grown up with a dog my whole life. When I was very young we had a Yorkie named Rex. And for the last 11 years we have had an energetic yellow lab named penny. We trained her ourselves and now she is very well behaved. I love dogs and am great with them. I love to play them just as much as they do! I currently work part time most days of the week but have a fairly free schedule since my shifts aren’t that long. I go to sleep late and wake up early so my days are open! I live in a house with a fenced yard big enough for a dog to play fetch in. My roommates love animals too so all pets will be welcomed. I am willing to stay at anyone’s home and will be respectful of any house rules that are set.
About: I have grown up with animals my whole live from horses, to lambs to mainly dogs. I love ;learning about different dogs personalities and how to take care of them individually. I would one day like to train a working dog but for now just learning more about them. I live on a farm and your dog would have a lot of space to roam under close supervision. I do currently work a part time job however that still gives me plenty of time to spend with your dog or your dogs! I also have family members who would love to get to know your pet as well! With so much space to roam there will be a lot of walks for your dog. Pets are allowed inside the home however they are not allowed on furniture or beds. As I hjave said there is lots of space to roam and get exercise. They will not be allowed off leash unless given permission by you, the owner. I can keep the routine you have with your dog!
About: Ever since I can remember I have been taking care of small dogs. Having grown up with multiple small dogs I am extremely passionate about everyone’s little furry friends. About: My family owns a dog rescue that I have been helping out/taking internships at for years! I also spent a lot of time working for the cache valley humane society as a volunteer for canines and felines. I grew up with many different animals in the household and my passion for animals is what makes me a great caretaker! I work part time so I have lots of time to care for your pups! About: I grew up with 3 border collies in my home, so I’ve been helping with pet care for as long as I can remember. My husband and I adopted Penny, our sweet Australian Shepherd, two years ago and we have loved every second. I have never met a dog I didn’t love. I have often been told I have a knack for comforting anxious dogs. I work from home, so my schedule is fairly flexible during work hours. I often take my dog on a walk before work and in the evening after work. I’m flexible to leave work as needed and take dogs out as often as needed. I have a friendly Australian Shepherd who loves to play to keep your dog(s) company. My fur baby no longer uses her crate, so we have a crate that can be used for your dog when they visit if they like it. My husband is home in the evening after work to help with pet care.

“Really felt comfortable leaving our old boy Bentley, with Marissa. I was a bit concerned at first because Marissa has a dog and three cats of her own. As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. I could instantly tell at our introduction meeting that Marissa is an animal lover with a very kind heart. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. But, he was the first one up waiting to go outside to play and explore". I really appreciate the great job Marissa did with Bentley during our nine-day trip.
