I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a couple of years now. I’ve helped out with my sister’s new dog over the past year and I have dog sitted and cat sitted throughout my life! Anything you need just let me know. I recently graduated college and I am traveling as much as I can! This is to help me with fun money while traveling. “Riley was fantastic! We're new to using Rover, and were nervous at first, as we were booking for drop in visits while we needed to go out of town unexpectedly. I had a good feeling about Riley based on the other reviews. As soon as I connected with her, I knew she'd be a good fit. She even agreed to meet us before the first scheduled drop-in date, to go over the "routine"! Our cats are on a specific and detailed schedule for food and medications. I treat the dogs I sit like my own and give them the care I would to my own dogs. My dogs are used to having new pet friends when I do dog sit and get along well with them. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex in Sugarhouse where we have lots of areas for walks and outdoor fun. Trusting someone with your pet or in your home is never easy, but I would absolutely treat them as my own pets and keep them happy and safe. My work schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off so my availability will only be my days off when I can take care of your pet full time. Animals in my house or care are treated with utmost love. About: I love the dogs more then anything!! Taking my dog for a walk is one of my favorite things to do and I’m hoping to assist others that aren’t able to walk their dogs as much as they would like. I am super active and I love to go to the park. I live right across the street from sugarhouse park which is the perfect place to take dogs! I often watch my in-laws dogs and they get the royal treatment and don’t want to leave here! I can’t wait to meet some new pups! I currently only work three days a week so I have a lot of extra time on my hands and I also love to stay active. I’m always at the park with my dog or taking it on walks or playing with him. I am available to walk dogs Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday all day or Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday in the mornings! I also have a dog stroller for older dogs that still want to have some fun and get out but can’t quite keep up! I am super cautious with dogs and keeping them safe and on leash at all times. I’ve learned some great training techniques as well with dogs. I always like to make them feel comfortable. I have a yorkie which is a high anxiety dog so I know how to deal with that very well. He also has pancreatitis so I know how important staying on a healthy diet is for all dogs! We also live right next to a park which is amazing for morning walks and a dog park that is great for those social dogs!

About: I have been raised around dogs, fostering cocker spaniels and learned how to manage/train dogs with basic mannerisms. I have always loved being around dogs and staying active within my community and having a dog definitely highlights those positive features of my lifestyle. Living away from home and my dog, being able to incorporate dog care back into my schedule would be no issue whatsoever. I am a student athlete so my schedule is less flexible than others but Fridays and weekends when we aren’t competing tend to be pretty flexibile. I enjoy playing with dogs when they are rowdy and cuddling with them once they are worn down. At home, I would take my dog for daily 20-45 minute walks. Making sure they truly had time to take care of business. I will feed a dogs obviously whenever they need to be fed, reward them with treats for good behavior, and pay the cheese tax of course!

We met for about an hour until my dog was ok to be with everyone. She kept me posted while I was away, providing pictures of how the days went. I’m so happy my dog had a wonderful time! About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a couple of years now. I’ve helped out with my sister’s new dog over the past year and I have dog sitted and cat sitted throughout my life! Anything you need just let me know. I recently graduated college and I am traveling as much as I can! This is to help me with fun money while traveling. When I am home I’m open pretty full time as I don’t currently have a big boy job since I am gone at least once or twice a month. I have a fenced in yard, it is a little on the small side but still good for playing with dogs! Let me know their food schedule and how much they need to get outside, your wish is my command!
