“My dog was a special case, a large Rottweiler female that had never been away from me. Cassandra was very patient, not to mention brave, but there was only so much she could do with her. She did the right thing. A lot of people would throw up their hands and say, "Never again," but she seems open to the possibility of future attempts. She's tentatively agreed to shorter stays to get Poppy used to being away from me. It is important to trust your dog-sitter to be kind and patient with your dog and I trust Cassandra. She sent me a number of texts during the two days to keep me informed of what was happening. I rate her communications very high and the overall experience very high also. Her dog accommodations are very good: a small, heated room for the dog and a fenced area for exercise. The fence is sturdy with no places for a dog to go through or under.”

About: I did housesitting for several years with my brother's St. Bernard dog as you see on my profile picture. Last year, I housesat for three cats. Recently I did housesat for a dog over spring break. I owned a dog and several cats in the past. About senior care, I owned and took care of an older cat. I'm currently working as a teacher at school which ends on May 23rd then I can do it anytime since my other job as crisis counselor allows me to work at home. I need a good WIFI. I used leash for dogs when taking them on walks. For cats, it depends on owner. Some cats are outdoors or indoors. I make sure they go potty and have play time. I know cats are super picky about their litters so poops must be scooped out. I use bag to pick up dog poop. I try to find out what animals likes to do and spend time with them.

I never developed the allergy probably because my nature is cat-like :) Throughout 2025 I helped foster my neighbor's indoor cat. I have a large fenced in yard for the animals to run around in. Two cats who also roam the yard and house and doesn't pay much mind to the other animals and are pretty good at avoiding dogs that are to interested in them! There are also several chickens that free roam during the day, but if your furry one struggles with them they wont mind spending some extra time in the coop! We have anywhere from 2-9 kids in the home or yard that also will give your furry loved one love and attention all day long! They are allowed anywhere we are! That means the bed, the couch, the bathroom floor, wherever is the most comfortable for them we don't mind!

We have a loving home with a very large enclosed backyard. Your dog would not just be in their kennel but in our home as part of our family. I only watch one dog at a time unless it's from the same family because it's not about the money as much as ensuring your dog gets all of our complete attention and love. Your dog will usually get a minimum of one walk a day... (usually on the Spanish Fork River Trail when weather permits) We will go out of our way to accommodate special requests when needed. I live in a house and have the schedule to take your dog out on long walks or runs. There are many trails that I know of that I like to go to often. I am an avid runner and hiker who is always looking for an excuse to be outside. Let me know if your pet has any specific needs or behaviors to attend to. About: Need a sitter who truly understands dogs? I’ve had pets my whole life and currently raise a happy, 2.5 year old pup who is a total social butterfly. Your dog won't just get a attentive sitter—they’ll get a built-in playmate! I love reinforcing good manners and ensuring every dog feels safe, loved, and thoroughly entertained. I am currently on summer break from school and am home full time. Our days include playtime at home, walks around the neighborhood, and an occasional trip to the dog park. I have an unfenced grassy area outside my front door that we use for play. May dog is also always up for play. I am able to crate dogs if needed too.

About: I grew up with a spunky black lab who lived to be 16 years old. Now I get to live with my sibling and my dog-niece who I also hope lives a long, healthy, happy life! We've been housemates for a few years now. Gently combing her curly hair is my favorite. I have an adaptable flow where I can give a pet activity if they are young and need it, or take it easy if they are older. I work with a flexible schedule from my laptop between Salt Lake County and Utah County, so I can adapt to your needs too! I like to first ask what schedule or routine your pet is used to and see how closely I can match that and their temperament. I'm used to an easeful morning, getting sun during lunch, and then some other kind of outing later in the evening even if it's just a walk. I like to try to make it to a team meeting Thursdays and Fridays in Salt Lake. I can time it so I'm not gone for long, or I can reschedule meetings depending on the circumstances, commute, animal temperament, etc. I'm happy to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I'm in a condo so I'll limit my boarding services to one pet at a time. If it's possible for me to come to you and get acquainted with your pet before overnight stays, I'd prefer that for more easeful transitions. If you come to my place, my apartment complex has green spaces and waste bag dispensaries distributed throughout the property where I walk my dog-niece in the evening. But during the day the dog is away with my sibling and I'm all alone. So your pet will have my attention. I'll ensure pets have their own separate, undisturbed sleeping space. If I come to your space, then of course your pet will be most familiar and cozy.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals my whole life, both big and small dog breeds, cats, bunnies, and horses. I’ve trained multiple different dog breeds. And pet sat for friends and family since I was twelve. I’ve fostered before and spent the past spring/summer volunteering at a shelter in Spanish fork so I’ve worked with a variety of personalities! I love animals and have tons of experience in animal care!!! I’m a full time student but all my classes are online or hybrids except for my labs. I have an organic chemistry lab on Tuesdays from 6-10pm but often get out early and live with my sister who can help out during that longer stretch of time. I have a fenced yard and I live within walking distance of multiple parks, one that is also fenced in. I am flexible and can adapt to whatever you and your pets specific needs might be!
