We both work full-time from our home office so we are home all the time (and would be able to 100% home sit), and able to do frequent walks and potty breaks as needed. I (Karina) grew up with 3 dogs, one of which I solely looked after for 14 years. Troy has always had dogs in his life growing up and has always been a go-to dog sitter for friends and family. We have a wonderful pit-lab mix, Harlem, who we love going hiking and running with. Harlem also loves having other furry friends around - he is incredibly friendly, respectful, and loving. We have a spacious house with trails right outside our front door and a dog park 2 minutes away, so we have ample access to dog exercise, fun, and socializing! For doggie daily exercise, we love taking walks, running, or going hiking, but equally as happy just having playtime at or around our home, if that’s what your dog prefers! About: I have had dogs my entire life. My first time volunteering was in 2010 where I started at the Homer Animal Shelter in Alaska. I volunteered for four years and had to stop to care for all of the rescues I had taken in to my home. May then husband continued volunteering to ensure we fulfilled our duties. I have rescued seniors and helped birth puppies of a foster dog. I have done IV infusions on a dog for kidney failure. The safety of our dogs is of the utmost importance to me. I work from home and am very available and present with them all day. We have lots of potty breaks, a fenced yard, and sleeping in the bed is a must! I have little stairs so they can be on any and all furniture. I do not spank animals. A firm tone is all I need. I love dogs and if your dog accidentally pees on my floor, oh well. I clean it up and we move on.

About: I currently live with my dog Jordy and two other small dogs. We also have two kitties and I love them! They make every day so much brighter. I am a full time online college student, so I will have time to take care of your pups, especially considering I can bring my school with me! I will keep track of the whereabouts of all pets in the home. I will play with them, feed them, cuddle with them, anything that they need!

About: I’ve fostered 5 different dogs from the Humane Society of Utah (3 wks - 2 mo each). I was responsible for feeding, exercising, administering meds, and providing water for the dogs. I volunteered for Second Chance for Homeless Pets, where I cleaned kennels, fed animals, completed simple cleaning tasks, & bathed a dog. I cometed 4 semesters of the vet tech program at Broadview University, where I learned about proper veterinary care, including administering meds, making general health assessments, walking dogs, cleaning kennels/clinic/classrooms, etc. During this time, I completed a preceptorship at Sugarhouse Veterinary Hospital, where I was able to sit in on a surgery. I worked as a vet tech at Banfield Pet Hospital for 3 months. I also worked at The City Pet Club Dog Daycare & Boarding facility and I’ve been dog sitting for the past 6 years. I have my own all natural dog treats and dog shampoo and a defurminator deshedding brush tool. I currently work from home and am very flexible and mobile for the purpose of taking care of your fur babies. I love all animals and would be privileged to watch yours. Water, food, treats, baths, walks, hiking, runs, dog park visits, dog pool visits, ball/toys, able to administer meds and address wounds, etc. I am a very good dog masseuse. Haha

We were able to have an initial meeting to have her and her dogs meet our dog to establish a comfort zone; this was very professional and appreciated. Casey's communication was great throughout and even the drop-off went well with no drama; I'm guessing because we had that initial meeting and she wasn't a stranger at that point. The experience went great and I would feel more than comfortable utilizing Casey again for our pup if travel needs arise in the future.”
