I absolutely adore cats and have worked with local groups in the past to help trap and spay/ neuter wild colonies. About: My earliest memories are of playing with dogs. As an adult I love my kitties and will care for any furry, scaley or feathered friends. Every day I care for my dog and 4 cats. The trip to the nearby park is a routine where I find refuge. I have flexibility with my work schedule and can make most times fit. About: I have had cats my entire life. I've had my poodle mix for 11 years. For the last year I've been regularly dog sitting for two other families, one of which also has 2 parrots that I absolutely adore. I've also cared for many kinds of other animals from kittens and fish to goats and cows. I hope I can help you and your animals feel happy and safe. About: I have lived with animals my entire life. Growing up I had a wide variety of animals. I have had experience caring for large and small dogs alike, senior dogs and cats. I have experience administering medication to many of these animals as well. I recently moved from the Midwest where I was a volunteer search and rescue member- closely working with the search dog teams and assisting as a handler as needed. I have experience working with these dogs in and out of the field. I have also trained in K-9 first aid. I work evenings M-F. My mornings and early afternoon are relatively free during the week. About: I've owned animals throughout my life. Currently, I have a lasb/mastiff mix, 3 cats, 4 lizards and a trantula that I share my home with. I'll care for your pet to the best of my abilities and they will always be loved, safe, and protected In my day to day life, my fiance and I share duties in the indie bookshop and creative space that we own. In the mornings, I get ready and take our dog outside. I always pick up the poop and dispose of it - it's a requirement in our townhome community. I then go in and feed the dog and give her any medications and supplements she may be on. Usually, I leave the house and my fiance takes care of her letting her out and taking a walk during the day. We do have a fenced dog park one block over that we frequently visit to let the pup run around off-leash for a bit and play with any other dogs that may be there and/or throw the ball. In the evening, we always go for a nightly walk before bed. Then our dog has a comfy bed at the foot of our bed and some stairs so she can get on the bed and lay with us. Your dog will get the same experience and care as our sweet girl, along with a playmate so boredom won't be an option. All dogs will be on leash outside of the home and waste will be disposed of properly. There's a fenced dog park near by that will allow your dog to run around off leash with our dog, who is very friendly and patient - an older spayed large dog, gentle as can be. Your dog will get the same care and protection as ours including no access to the cat box or open food they can grab, lots of love and attention, access to clean water always, and extra emphasize on anything you tell me your dog needs. I take our pets health very seriously.
About: I have grown up with a dog my whole life. When I was very young we had a Yorkie named Rex. And for the last 11 years we have had an energetic yellow lab named penny. We trained her ourselves and now she is very well behaved. I love dogs and am great with them. I love to play them just as much as they do! About: We have a large half-acre yard and your pets will have the opportunity to play with our dogs or can be kept separately! We are also happy to send you pics or facilitate Facetime with you and your pet if it helps ease that homesickness from your furry friend. We love having extra furry friends.
