As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. About: While I don’t currently have a cat of my own, I grew up always having a cat or two (sometimes more 😆) in my household. I absolutely adore cats and have worked with local groups in the past to help trap and spay/ neuter wild colonies. I have experience with cats that have extensive medical problems and bottle feeding newborns. I will love your cat as much as you do and make sure I provide them with adequate enrichment! Whether that means leashed walks, playing with toys, puzzles etc. I’m also totally fine lounging around for a lazy cat that prefers to be left alone.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I love them like family. I have raised puppies and have taken care of senior dogs with medications. I will keep things organized and clean. Both my husband and I work from home. I only work part time and can make lots of time for play with your dogs. They will not spend long hours with nobody at home as both of us are home majority of the time! I have a fenced yard and one 13 year old cockapoo who is friendly with other dogs. I do have 2 outdoor cats that will be around but generally keep their distance from dogs.
About: I've owned animals throughout my life. Currently, I have a lasb/mastiff mix, a boxer/dane mix, 1 cat, 4 lizards and a trantula that I share my home with. I'll care for your pet to the best of my abilities and they will always be loved, safe, and protected In my day to day life, my fiance and I share duties in the indie bookshop and creative space that we own. In the mornings, I get ready and take our dog outside. I always pick up the poop and dispose of it - it's a requirement in our townhome community. I then go in and feed the dog and give her any medications and supplements she may be on. Usually, I leave the house and my fiance takes care of her letting her out and taking a walk during the day. We do have a fenced dog park one block over that we frequently visit to let the pup run around off-leash for a bit and play with any other dogs that may be there and/or throw the ball. In the evening, we always go for a nightly walk before bed. Then our dog has a comfy bed at the foot of our bed and some stairs so she can get on the bed and lay with us. Your dog will get the same experience and care as our sweet girl, along with a playmate so boredom won't be an option. All dogs will be on leash outside of the home and waste will be disposed of properly. There's a fenced dog park near by that will allow your dog to run around off leash with our dog, who is very friendly and patient - an older spayed large dog, gentle as can be. Your dog will get the same care and protection as ours including no access to the cat box or open food they can grab, lots of love and attention, access to clean water always, and extra emphasize on anything you tell me your dog needs. I take our pets health very seriously.

The farm has some fenced areas, and generally dogs do fine hanging out close by, or as needed can stay on a leash or a cabled run nearby. I alao have a 10 x 16 fenced kennel run available. Pets are never left outside unattended, but get loads of outside time if desired. I also have daily farm hands that all love animals and love to play with them. Pups love farm life! Did I mention they will get pasture-raised organic lamb and turkey treats if their parents allow it?

About: I have had various animals throughout my life. I grew up with animals both inside and outside of my home including numerous dogs (multiple breeds), cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters; as well as rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, goats, and horses outdoors. About: I owned and cared for a variety of animals since childhood. Dogs are my fave but I like them all. I have an associate degree in animal science so I am comfortable with any medical care that might be required for their care as well. About: I have grown up with a dog my whole life. When I was very young we had a Yorkie named Rex. And for the last 11 years we have had an energetic yellow lab named penny. “Calista was attentive and loving with our dog, he had such a good time and was taken care of SO well! He has sensitive stomach and needed some special care while we were gone. It was no big deal to her and she gave him probiotics, yogurt, bone broth, all the good things and was a happy pup. So grateful to know he has lots of play time, walks, and was loved on while we were gone. He also hit it off with their dog and made a new friend!! So grateful we found Calista and her cute family to love on our dog.”

“If you want someone who truly understands dogs, this is your guy. I have a very timid, and reactive Pyrenees-poodle and he does not do well with strangers. Eric gave Winston a calm safe space to relax, and adapt to. He was very communicative while I was gone. My questions and concerns were answered promptly. Winston was able to get lots of exercise daily. As well as free time to roam. When I picked him up, he was very calm, and happy. I will absolutely being using Eric again in the future.”

About: I've been a dog owner for the past 18 years and truly understand that pets are part of the family. My home is full of love, with five kids who enjoy playing with and giving attention to dogs, so your pup will have plenty of companionship, although I will be the only caregiver to your pet. We also have a friendly Sheepadoodle who loves making new dog friends and gets along well with other pups. I'll treat your dog like one of my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I work from home and am available all day and night to make sure that your pet is comfortable and happy during their stay with us. When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I stick as closely as possible to their normal routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and any medications they may need. My home has a friendly Sheepadoodle who enjoys having canine companions, and my fully fenced yard provides a safe space for supervised play and exercise. Dogs are never left outside unattended, and they receive plenty of love, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.

“Really felt comfortable leaving our old boy Bentley, with Marissa. I was a bit concerned at first because Marissa has a dog and three cats of her own. As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. I could instantly tell at our introduction meeting that Marissa is an animal lover with a very kind heart. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. Upon return, when I picked Bentley up, Marissa said "I thought you said that Bentley was kind of lay-back and just wanted to sleep. But, he was the first one up waiting to go outside to play and explore". I really appreciate the great job Marissa did with Bentley during our nine-day trip. I had such peace of mind that our dog was being loved and cared for. I would VERY MUCH like to use Marissa's boarding services again, next time we travel.”
About: We have a large half-acre yard and your pets will have the opportunity to play with our dogs or can be kept separately! We are also happy to send you pics or facilitate Facetime with you and your pet if it helps ease that homesickness from your furry friend. We love having extra furry friends. They will be kept safe and maybe spoiled. The longest your pet would be home without potty breaks is 2 hours. We have a fenced yard and two dogs that your pet can play with or we can keep them separately. We are also happy to send frequent pictures if it helps!!!

About: Hi, we are Andrew and Kris. We've had pets our entire lives and have started to care for others in addition to our own puppy, Benelli. We have experience caring for various animals including dogs and cats. Kris works from home and we are quite flexible between our two schedules. Extended stays are welcome. We live in a very walkable neighborhood, and loving taking the pups out to walk around. Kris works from hone, so your pet will never be left alone! We are available for boarding as well, and just need advance notice for scheduling. We have a spacious townhouse and are both animal lovers. We currently have one amazing Labradane in the house who loves to play with other pets (if you allow it; otherwise he is very well crate trained and can remain separated). Your pets will have no shortage of attention and affection here!
