A TYPICAL DAY: 7:00-8:30 a.m. interactive playtime (fetch, tug-of-war, etc. ) 8:30-9:00 a.m. morning feeding and rest 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. open playtime - we work while the dogs play. They come in an out freely while we supervise from our workstation. We group dogs as needed. In order for your dog to have a great experience, they need to play well with other dogs and be comfortable spending time in a kennel. SAFETY & TRUST: We have been trained in behavior recognition to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. When we have multiple guests, we group dogs as needed (by age, size, "fixed" or not, temperament, and/or energy level) to optimize the experience for each guest. We feed them in a kennel to ensure food isn't shared and give them quiet time after meals to ensure they have adequate time to digest before playing again. We expect our guests to be up to date with their vaccinations. When a new dog arrives give them time to explore on their own, then we gradually introduce them to other dogs to assess temperament and compatibility. That is the reason we prefer to limit the pickup and dropoff windows so we can devote that critical time. Please see availability for more info on times. ENVIRONMENT: We have a dedicated space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs. Inside we have an air-conditioned apartment dedicated to the dogs. They have a couch, area rug, background music, and their own 4x4, 4x6, or 5x5 kennel. We reserve a corner for a workstation where we work during the day. Outside we have a fenced area for the dogs with turf and toys. We setup a canopy for extra shade on hot sunny days since we don't have natural shade from trees yet. We wet the turf down on hot days to ensure it's comfortable for the dogs as well.

I have taken all the dogs I have own to training and love being with them. About: I have grown up with pets my whole life and always been the main person to take care of them. I love taking my dogs on walks and hanging out with them! I love all animals and I think they deserve the best care that one could give! I am used to being around dogs/cats of all ages from puppies to pretty old dogs I currently do not have a job due to just coming back from college in West Virginia, so I have a very free and flexible schedule! I have a fenced yard and I have two dogs of my own that would be able to keep your pups company if needed! They are extremely friendly, however I can also keep them separate from my dogs if requested.

Over the years I have tended to and cared for many kinds of animals for other people, both at their home and at mine for various lengths of time. My schedule is decently flexible since I'm a stay at home mom. I have 3 young children that would love to "help" me take care of your precious fur babies. :) Non smoking, clean and safe environment. About: My husband and I have had dogs big and small growing up so we’re very familiar with their mannerisms, behavior and unique personalities. We’ve had our own dogs for four years and love them dearly, they’re our babies! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom so I am available and pretty flexible for the most part throughout the day. My dogs help me around the house as I get things done. I have a fenced in yard with two of my own dogs to keep yours company! Occasionally I let the dogs inside to hang out and eat, or depending on the weather to keep warm/cool. At bedtime I bring them in to sleep in their dog crate.

About: I grew up with a spunky black lab who lived to be 16 years old. Now I get to live with my sibling and my dog-niece who I also hope lives a long, healthy, happy life! We've been housemates for a few years now. Gently combing her curly hair is my favorite. I have an adaptable flow where I can give a pet activity if they are young and need it, or take it easy if they are older. I work with a flexible schedule from my laptop between Salt Lake County and Utah County, so I can adapt to your needs too! I like to first ask what schedule or routine your pet is used to and see how closely I can match that and their temperament. I'm used to an easeful morning, getting sun during lunch, and then some other kind of outing later in the evening even if it's just a walk. I like to try to make it to a team meeting Thursdays and Fridays in Salt Lake. I can time it so I'm not gone for long, or I can reschedule meetings depending on the circumstances, commute, animal temperament, etc. I'm happy to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I'm in a condo so I'll limit my boarding services to one pet at a time. If it's possible for me to come to you and get acquainted with your pet before overnight stays, I'd prefer that for more easeful transitions. If you come to my place, my apartment complex has green spaces and waste bag dispensaries distributed throughout the property where I walk my dog-niece in the evening. But during the day the dog is away with my sibling and I'm all alone. So your pet will have my attention. I'll ensure pets have their own separate, undisturbed sleeping space. If I come to your space, then of course your pet will be most familiar and cozy.
About: I have taken care of dogs basically my whole life! I love them and would love to walk,feed,board,bathe,care for your dog! I love dogs of all sizes!!!! I want to make this a full time thing! So any days work great! Short or longer term! I’m up for any challenges! Breed isn’t an issue I play with them and give them treats and Toys! “Ashley is now my go to dog sitter. First, she contacted me promptly after my initial request. Ashley had me bring my dogs to her house to make sure my dogs got along with her dogs. They were all pals by the end of the week . She and her husband took my dogs for walks and even took Mia on a hike with her family. She sent several photos and kept me updated. She lives on a farm. The grass area is fenced securely, so I felt the dogs were secure. Ashley is also a vet tech, so I was not concerned about their safety. My only concern is that I didn't think my dogs would want to come home. I recommend and will take them back for sure! Thanks again Ashley.”
