I now have my own family and my own fur babies. I have fostered puppies and taken in rescue dogs. Between both of us, one of us is home most of the day/evenings. We have a large fenced backyard and a doggy door for dogs to go in and out as needed. We have a dog pool in the summer months if needed (we just fill it when requested or for our dogs). The dogs are welcome in most of the house. We are happy to crate dogs if preferred. We also can provide part of the house if your dog would prefer some quiet time. One of our dogs loves to hang out under our bed when she is done being social. My days revolve around pet care! I have my own dog, his name is Trout and we live with my brother and his dog Eddy. I don’t work much in the summer so I am fully available for all things dogs. Happy to go on day hikes and swims or whatever your dog is used too. Trout and I have a balance of high activity days and rest days in between. Trout can always stay with Eddy if I am out too. As smart and incredible as our dogs are, I keep them safe by anticipating, seeing and thinking before they can. Caring for and keeping my dogs safe and healthy is all about risk awareness and management to me. I am no stranger to poop, nail clipping, wound care, diet specifications. I can also manage dogs that are used to social environments like dog parks but also comfortable with dogs who just need their personal space.

I can offer plenty of bathroom breaks, walks or ball throwing, or a cozy dog bed next to me and my computer for them to rest. I have a fenced backyard, safe neighborhood to take them on walks in, and two teenage kids that also love to Help and play with pups.
