Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was born. My mom was a dog breeder so I would help her with the puppies and I just love working with animals they have such sweet kindred spirits. I have currently moved back home to finish school but need a job part time or full time because I do school online. On warm weather days the back door to the back yard stays open most of the day and the dogs can come in and out as they please. While Minnie is very social and greets nearly everyone wherever she goes, there's a special greeting she reserves for the humans she "adopts" as her people. About: Truly a dog and pet lover, I lost my dog a year ago, and he was with me 24-7. I'm experienced with pets that are older or have an illness. I can hike with your dog or take him/her on long walks. Totally reliable :) I work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule and time to care for pets. I am available any time for walks and pet sitting. Any schedule is fine If my client has a fenced in yard, I’ll let pets out into the yard play with them outside, cleaning up as needed. If no fenced in yard a long walk to make sure they have their exercise based on what each dog is willing and able to do.
About: I have grown up with big and small dogs and have always loved them. I make sure to be very attentive to any dog I am with, bringing them on lots of walks, and hanging with them. About: I have gone to peoples houses to hang out with their pets! I love all dogs, my parents have a dog who is dog aggressive and needs lots of extra and specific attention. I know how to handle dogs and I absolutely adore all animals! I am extremely allergic to cats. I cannot house sit if there are cats in the house. I am a university of Utah student, I don’t have a super busy schedule. I have classes during the week, not on Friday's, and chapter(sorority) on Monday night for at most 2 hours(which is unusual) I cannot book at my home, my lease says I cannot have any pets in the house at any time, I will be more than willing to come and stay at your house!
