About: I've owned animals throughout my life. Currently, I have a lasb/mastiff mix, a boxer/dane mix, 1 cat, 4 lizards and a trantula that I share my home with. I'll care for your pet to the best of my abilities and they will always be loved, safe, and protected In my day to day life, my fiance and I share duties in the indie bookshop and creative space that we own. In the mornings, I get ready and take our dog outside. I always pick up the poop and dispose of it - it's a requirement in our townhome community. I then go in and feed the dog and give her any medications and supplements she may be on. Usually, I leave the house and my fiance takes care of her letting her out and taking a walk during the day. We do have a fenced dog park one block over that we frequently visit to let the pup run around off-leash for a bit and play with any other dogs that may be there and/or throw the ball. In the evening, we always go for a nightly walk before bed. Then our dog has a comfy bed at the foot of our bed and some stairs so she can get on the bed and lay with us. Your dog will get the same experience and care as our sweet girl, along with a playmate so boredom won't be an option. All dogs will be on leash outside of the home and waste will be disposed of properly. There's a fenced dog park near by that will allow your dog to run around off leash with our dog, who is very friendly and patient - an older spayed large dog, gentle as can be. Your dog will get the same care and protection as ours including no access to the cat box or open food they can grab, lots of love and attention, access to clean water always, and extra emphasize on anything you tell me your dog needs. I take our pets health very seriously.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I love them like family. I have raised puppies and have taken care of senior dogs with medications. I will keep things organized and clean. Both my husband and I work from home. I only work part time and can make lots of time for play with your dogs. They will not spend long hours with nobody at home as both of us are home majority of the time! I have a fenced yard and one 13 year old cockapoo who is friendly with other dogs. About: Evey dog has a good dog inside of them. I love training and walking dogs, it is rewarding and healthy for everyone. Experienced in training puppies, leash ,and crate training. I work from home and walk the dogs daily, rain or shine. Their exercise is important for their physical and mental health. We do brain work "tricks and skills" before feeding to help exercise all aspects of the dog. I have a fully fenced yard with two other dogs to keep your pal company during their stay. About: My earliest memories are of playing with dogs. As an adult I love my kitties and will care for any furry, scaley or feathered friends. Every day I care for my dog and 4 cats. My husband and I adopted Penny, our sweet Australian Shepherd, two years ago and we have loved every second. I have never met a dog I didn’t love. I have often been told I have a knack for comforting anxious dogs. I work from home, so my schedule is fairly flexible during work hours. I have a flexible job and am home most of the morning and into the afternoons. My husband also will help me most of the time! I have two cats who aren’t the fondest of dogs but they’re more meow than bite so she'll just hide away from them if she's annoyed. I also have a fenced yard! It's not huge but it's enough to play a good game of fetch and go potty!

“Really felt comfortable leaving our old boy Bentley, with Marissa. I was a bit concerned at first because Marissa has a dog and three cats of her own. As an older dog, Bentley prefers to sleep and pretty much, just be left alone, but the animals got along just fine. I could instantly tell at our introduction meeting that Marissa is an animal lover with a very kind heart. While we were away, Marissa took pictures of the dogs interacting and taking walks ... apparently, many walks ... and sending them to me regularly. Upon return, when I picked Bentley up, Marissa said "I thought you said that Bentley was kind of lay-back and just wanted to sleep. But, he was the first one up waiting to go outside to play and explore". I really appreciate the great job Marissa did with Bentley during our nine-day trip. I had such peace of mind that our dog was being loved and cared for. I would VERY MUCH like to use Marissa's boarding services again, next time we travel.”
