When I 1st moved to Dallas my friend needed someone to let her dog out a couple times of day due to her long work hours. I was there to let Jackie out to potty and socialize. I became his Auntie Robin. Now every time I go to visit my friend he thinks I'm there for him and walk and play time. Of course I do this as he is so loveable I'm happy to go for a walk and play with my fur friend while visiting with my friend. I recently cared for my neighbors large and small dogs, 2 cats and a bird on a last minute need while they went away for the holiday weekend. I did home visit twice a day as requested. I would spend 30-45 minutes at the home as the owners requested. The dogs knew me & I was like family. They were happy to see me. I feed them, played with them, let them out to potty and gave appropriate treats for good behavior. My last day they dogs laid on top of me like I was their family. The dogs also listened to me when it was time to kennel them even though they didn't want to go in they did. I currently volunteer for the past 12 years with a domestic rabbit rescue. I go out to the rescue when I can to help, feed, care for special needs bunnies, clean up them yard/x-pens where the bunnies are housed. I give medication when needed. Including medication by means of oral, drops and shots. Including helping with the rescue I also foster bunnies in my home in addition to my 2 fur babies of lionhead bunnies. About: I have about 6 year experience with dogs any where from puppies to seniors. I have trained dogs mine included. His name is bullet and he is 4. I work during the week so I’ll be available weekends and some evenings. Time will vary but I will accept as much as I can I’ve got a fenced in yard I live on a large property. About: I love all kinds of dogs and their playfull nature!I normally walk for 30 minutes or more on a regular so if your dog needs a nice walk in definitely built for it! I have access to someone that has experience dog grooming so if your dog needs a good wash I can provide that as well. I'm pretty open to request so if you need something all you have to do is ask and we can work something out. If your dog likes attention I have kids that love dogs that will help wear out any high energy dogs and I don't mind going to some open fields and having the open run around till their hearts content. About: I have been taking care of my dogs since I was a sophomore in college and now I am in graduate school. My dogs are my life and I treat them how I would any person. I am stern, yet gentle with my training, we go on daily walks and play time is all the time. I can show you better than I can tell you. My dogs are my daily routine. I get up at 7am faithfully and take both dogs to the restroom, then it’s feeding time, then it’s play time in the apartment, then it’s nap time. My dogs are on a strict schedule and love it. Kitties are low maintenance but I know how important it is to find somone reliable to check in on them and make sure they have plenty of water and a clean litter box. Let me know how I can help you.
