“Kayla was wonderful taking care of my pup while I was out of town. We had a meet and greet the weekend before the scheduled stay, and during the stay Kayla took great care and was very responsive. My dog was able to sleep in bed every night just as she's used to, and Kayla took her quirks (eating at weird hours, whining at her reflection, etc.) in stride. We will absolutely use Kayla and her family again.”

“Estefania took wonderful care of our two pups, Dulce and Millie, while we were away for several days. She was fantastic with communication and sent us photos and updates throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious that Dulce and Millie enjoyed their own little vacation! Estefania clearly loves animals, and it showed in the care and attention she gave them. She was also incredibly easy to work with, and her convenient location made drop-off and pick-up a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely trust her with our babies again. Highly recommend!”

“Bailey K - Very attentive and caring. Kept us informed and send numerous pics of KC playing with her pets. We will rebook with Bailey K when we’re in need of an overnight stay or two! Thanks,”

“If you are searching for someone to look after your fur babies book Norman! We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. “I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Hope. She is incredibly responsive, kind, warm, and welcoming. Has taken such amazing care of Ghost my husky/german shepard mix. He absolutely loves going over to her house for daycare while I work my long shifts as a nurse. She provides daily updates on his behavior and overall wellbeing as well as pictures. I feel my dog is loved and very well taken care of in her home. She is the best dog sitter I have ever had and I’m thankful to have found her. Definitely someone that anyone looking for pet care should highly consider. I can’t think of anyone better out there. The services she provides are something that anyone looking for pet care needs to highly consider, as she sets the bar high. About: Hi there! I’m a Minnesota born, Bastrop-based dog lover and I’m glad you’ve found my profile. I've been around dogs my entire life and believe a dog makes a house a home. My own fur baby, Milou, is a 5 year old lab mix who loves other dogs and people. He will gladly accept a pal to join us on walks, or chase around the backyard. I have 5+ years experience volunteering with various animal shelters and a plethora of nights & weekends spent house/dog sitting for friends and family. I love to explore new trails, parks, & hikes so your pup's stay will be an active one! I am also a runner and will gladly take your dog along to burn off some extra energy. I took a couple years off from Rover as my family relocated several times. Now that we are settled in the Austin area, I am ready to get back to dog sitting/walking/boarding, and hope to meet you soon! I work from home so I am around to provide company, potty breaks, and perhaps even a lunchtime trip to the dog park! Canine coworkers are my favorite. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to roam safely. My dog loves hanging out back there and would enjoy a teammate to help him put the neighborhood squirrels in their place ;)
“Amanda is an amazing dog sitter that I highly, highly recommend. She is not only responsive, prompt and flexible, but she is also kind and loving. Truly authentic and has a heart of gold. My husky/german sheppard mix Ghost has not only been taken care of while at her house, but he has been truly loved and cared for. I can’t recommend Amanda enough for any pet service you may be looking for.”

About: Hi there! 👋🏼 My name is Brenda. I grew up in a small town surrounded by animals—cats, dogs, chickens, and horses. I was raised around German Shepherds, but these days I share my home with a medium-haired cat named Tofu and a belgian malinois named Safi. I’ve spent a lot of time caring for animals, both at home and professionally as I used to be a veterinary technician for four years. I’m now a stay-at-home mom, but my love for animals hasn’t changed I still love being around pets and would be so happy to help care for yours! Pet sitting is the perfect way for me to stay connected to animals while also being able to stay at home with my baby girl. Bilingual As a stay at home mom my schedule is super flexible, and I can easily accommodate you and your pet’s needs! I am available Monday through Sunday. Our home is a cozy three bedroom space, and one of the rooms is set up as a guest room with a twin bed—our cat loves to lounge there! She’s also welcome on the couches, and the same goes for any other four legged visitors. We also have a spacious, fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime or lounging in the sun. If it’s more convenient for me to come to your home, I’m happy to make that work as long as you’re okay with me bringing my baby along if needed and your pets are gentle and comfortable around little ones.

About: We wanna watch your sweet baby!!!!!! I love and understand dogs so that means I won’t derail your dog training. I trained my dog to be so polite that she now weaponizes it against me lol. I know how frustrating it is when you go out of town and come back to a slightly worse behaved dog so I will make sure to continue your typical rules while you’re gone. I also have a great backyard for them to go run around and play, your dog (and me) will have so much fun!!!! I only watch 1 dog at a time. I have a medium sized dog and her best friends are always tiny dogs. Your tiny dog will be the boss of my dog. I work from home, we go play dog soccer in the backyard multiple times a day. My dog like to chill in the yard and stare at birds, I mostly let them go out whenever they want Your dog will get physical AND mental stimulation! A tired dog is a good dog. They will get to go potty as many times a day as they want, as I work from home. I have a fenced yard, I have a crate if you choose that for your dog.

About: I have loved dogs my whole life and currently live with two friendly Shih Tzus. I know how important it is to provide a safe, loving, and structured home. I treat every dog like family and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and affection each day. My home is dog proofed and designed with their needs in mind. I have playpens for dogs who need their own space, cozy dog beds throughout the house, toys in every corner, and a clean, secure environment where they can relax and feel at home. During the warmer months, dogs can cool off in a splash pool for a fun and refreshing break. I’m comfortable caring for small and medium sized dogs. I follow each pet's routine and accommodate special feeding schedules. I understand that every dog has a unique personality. I take the time to help them settle in at their own pace and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Communication matters to me. You will receive regular updates, photos, and videos during your pet's stay. My goal is to provide a calm, dependable, and loving home where your pet is treated like one of my own. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine because my two Shih Tzus are my only furry dependents. My fur babies receive my time, attention, and love every day. I treat every guest as if they were one of my own. Each day includes potty breaks, playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles, and plenty of affection. When I welcome dogs into my home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding schedules, exercise, and any special care instructions. I want them to feel comfortable and secure while you are away. One of my favorite things to do is celebrate "Woofdays!" If your pup is staying with me on their birthday, I will happily make the day extra special with a dog friendly birthday cake, a special meal (approved by you, of course), fun photos, and lots of extra love to celebrate their big day. My home is designed with dogs in mind, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. You'll receive regular photo and video updates throughout their stay. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and treated like family. I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're with me. My home is fully dog proofed and set up just for dogs, with cozy beds, toys throughout the house, playpens if they're needed, and even a doggy splash pool for hot Texas days. I know every dog is different, so before each stay I'll learn about their routine, personality, favorite toys, feeding schedule, and anything else that helps them feel at home. If your pup needs a little extra quiet time, I even have the space to give them their own room to relax and decompress. I take introductions slowly with my two friendly Shih Tzus and always let the dogs set the pace. My goal is for every guest to feel like they're staying with family, not just being boarded. I'll also send plenty of photos and updates, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your best friend is safe, happy, and getting lots of love.

About: Hello all pet parents! I am new to Rover. I've recently relocated to Luling, TX. I am looking for small gigs like taking care of furry friends because pets are my life, as I'm sure they are yours too! Most of my professional and personal experiences with pets have been with dogs and cats, to include feedings, scheduled walks and playtimes, administering medications, bathing, nail trims, and just plain ol' cuddling. I am big on SAFETY as it is the most important thing when your pet is away from you or in someone else's care. I understand different breeds may need different types of attention, especially when factoring in age and certain health conditions. Please allow me a chance to meet your pup (or cat) and help you out occasionally! Cheers! (Smaller critters welcome, we all need a little checking on!) I’m currently a stay at home pet mom while I attend online classes to become an educator, which is self paced. It is very easy for me to balance your pets needs with my own! I may allow overnight boarding from time to time in my own home, I will keep my calendar open for that accordingly. I can take your pets outside to favored parks or areas, or care for them in your own home. I do not wish to stay overnight in your home, but may be available for extended hours.

Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. I am a full time store manager for Hobby Lobby. I Rover on the side to help my youngest daughter pay for her wedding. I am available most evenings after 6p. I do not wish to care for anyone’s fur babies in my home. It would stress my kitties and I will not put them through any stress. I will take very good care of your fur babies in your home. I will follow all instructions given for their care and do my best to make the visit as comfortable as possible for the babies.

I work nights so I'm usually available during the day early mornings and evenings on the days I work. I can always find a way to make it work. About: I've taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Neighbors relied on me to let their dogs out while they were gone! I prioritize pet care and love to make sure the doggos get plenty of exercise and stay healthy! Give me the cat food recipe and I'll mix it. I leave everything as I found it when pet sitting in house and ensure that your fur babies have a safe and fun time! I send lots of cute pictures so that you can have plenty of cute updates to share with family, friends and coworkers.
About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for everything from tiny Chihuahuas to gentle Great Pyrenees, raised puppies from birth, loved senior dogs through their golden years, and cared for rescue dogs with unique personalities and needs. My own family includes four spoiled pups: a 12-year-old Chihuahua, a 12-year-old rescue, and two playful French Bulldog puppies who keep me on my toes every day. They are my babies, and I know that’s exactly how you feel about yours. I understand that hiring a sitter means trusting someone with a member of your family. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I’ll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own, while respecting their routine, personality, and all the little things that help them feel happy and secure. I am taking the summer off before returning to school three days a week this fall. That means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to the pets in my care. My own daily routine already revolves around caring for my two dogs, so adding walks, drop-in visits, playtime, or overnight care fits naturally into my day. I carefully plan my schedule so every pet receives the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve rather than feeling rushed between appointments. I treat every pet as if they were my own: with patience, kindness, and respect for their individual personalities and routines. I know that every animal is different, so I take the time to learn their habits, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. Whether that’s medication, feeding schedules, favorite walking routes, or bedtime routines, I believe consistency helps pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m attentive to details, keep a clean environment, and always prioritize your pet’s safety. You’ll also receive regular photo updates and messages so you can relax knowing your furbaby is happy and well cared for.
“Ashlynn is amazing! She’s been taking Ford on walks 3-5 days a week the past couple of months. She’s always on time, quick to reply and sends daily updates. We are lucky to have her help, since we have to work in the office. We can tell she cares and loves for him, which is all you can ask for!!”

About: I have taken care of many dogs for family and friends in the Austin area for overnight trips, emergency trips, and day to day care. I follow instructions well and love to spend time with all animals, especially dogs. I take care of my two cats at home daily and occasionally take care of other pets for friends and family. I have a part time job so my schedule is flexible. I check their essentials every day (water, food, etc.) and spend time with them to make sure they’re active and happy. Any other needs I happily take care of with instructions given to suit the needs of your pet and home!
“Sierra is super sweet and my pup Khaleesi absolutely loved her. She’s extremely responsive and went above and beyond to come meet us before her first walk with my dog. She has great energy and will absolutely be booking again. Thank you!”

About: I am a former vet tech that still has a passion for animals. I just recently decided to stay at home with my babies, and to take care of stuff around the house. So with that being said, I am available pretty much anytime for in home boarding, drop in visits, walks, bathing, and any other services that may be needed. My house is open to having visitors stay with me. We live on 30 acres, with an acre completely fenced in. We also have a dog run area that is fenced in our homestead as well. I worked in the vet field for roughly 5 years and loved every second of it. I have 5 cats and 5 dogs. The cats have their own room, so they don’t mix with the dogs. I also have 2 young kids who absolutely adore all animals. I am able to give medications, baths, nail trims, and any other special care that may be needed. I treat all animals as if they were my own. I have toys and bones all throughout the house. There are dog beds and blankets everywhere for them to lay on. I even have blankets on the furniture for them to get up and lay on. I have a fenced in yard where they can run and play. I love animals and love to spend time with them. I do require our furry kids to be up to date on vaccines like Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. I am pretty much home all day, so I am available all day to take care of any and all animals. If I do have to leave, it is for a short time, and I make sure to let them potty before I leave and as soon as I get home. I care for pets as if they are my own. I treat them like I treat my own animals. I make sure that they have everything they need and then try to give extra. Spend extra time, give extra attention, more snuggles, etc
About: I've taken care of many animals in the course of years. From guinea pigs to cats and dogs to fishes and farm animals. I love animals and love learning about them. I work a flex schedule at a warehouse where I can plan my own schedule, rest assured I can work around different schedules to make sure to take care of the pets and have them as higher priority I have many pets at home. I have cats, dogs and chickens. If your pet isn't keen to being around other animals I will keep them indoors with me and take them out on a leash for the bathroom or to walk around away from the other animals. Your pets are the priority, I can care for them from early in the morning to late in the day and do overnight stays
About: I became a dog parent two years ago and have learned so much about dogs! I’m ready to open my home to more furry friends. I’m a recent grad and currently looking for a full-time job so in the meantime, I’m home and available to take care of your doggies full time. I have a big fenced yard where my own furry baby Siri loves to run around and play with. Inside my home, my Siri and furry friend are allowed to roam free but can easily accommodate for crate trained pets.

“Norman took care of Bree during the christmas and new year break! He always sent pics of her and kept constant communication regarding her updates. I could tell from Bree's body language that she was very cared for and got lots of love. Highly recommend them!!”

“Daniela is such a greater person with dogs! she took care of my Mia for a week after getting spayed. Even though Mia is not trained, Daniela had the patience and the ability to take care of her. She was there for Mia 24/7 since she needed extra care. I definitely recommend her!”

“Ronald watched our dog jack while we were out of town and provided excellent service and communication. Jack is older and had been coming off an illness so we were worried about leaving him but we were given much comfort with the care provided! We would recommend Ronald to anyone in the area!”

“Katherine was the best cat sitter I could have possibly met. She took AMAZING care of my two fur babies, sent me lots of pictures, and reassured me that they were doing good and being loved!! I will definitely be booking her again in the future. Thank you Katherine!!!”

“Bailey K - Very attentive and caring. Kept us informed and send numerous pics of KC playing with her pets. We will rebook with Bailey K when we’re in need of an overnight stay or two! Thanks,”

“Daniela took amazing care of my dog, Connor, during his overnight stay! She is incredibly sweet, responsive, and communicates very well, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated and made sure Connor was well cared for. I’ve used her twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. I highly recommend Daniela to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Jennifer took amazing care of my dogs while I was away. She kept me updated on how they were doing and sent pictures of them. Would have her watch them again and I definitely recommend her.”

“Derrick is a very sweet gentleman who takes great care of any animals in his care. He sent me updates as well as pictures and took my dog on walks. Jacques came back tired from all the fun he had over the weekend and is sleeping like a baby. We will only be working with Derrick moving forward, thanks again!”
