“Melissa was amazing. We were really nervous about leaving our senior dog for the week but Melissa really calmed our nerves. She sent daily updates on Mugsy and was consistent with communication. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and felt welcomed in her home.”

“Phenomenal care and attention given to our Frenchie. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Photo and video updates daily, and quick responses to any texts. Even took her on a family day trip! Thank you so much for taking care of her.”

“Derek and Kristina are amazing dog sitters! From our initial communication to picking up my dog, the experience was easy and comfortable. I have an elderly dog who is my baby and I never worried while he was in their care. Super sweet people, beautiful home, and the love for dogs really shines through.”

“We had a wonderful first experience with our dog Pepper. We received happy videos and pictures of our puppy every day which my kids appreciated so much. Donessa was so attentive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!”

“Yulia is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! My dog is skittish and frequently feels unsafe in unknown places. Surprisingly, he wiggled his tale and went straight to her on arrival. Upon pick up, he didn’t even want to leave! I’ve also received updates and photos of my fur baby during the stay and he looked soo happy. Looking forward to future bookings!”
“Christian went above and beyond of taking care of Bella while we were away. He sent us photos and videos of our baby girl. He updated us everyday. We can tell Bella was happy. Thank you Christian”

“Brooke did a great job taking care of our two little dogs while we went on vacation. It was our first time leaving them behind and her daily messages with updates and pictures made us feel secure that they were being loved and cared for just as they are at home. We would use her again!”

“We are so happy to have a safe place to take our Lexi while we are out of town. Lexi fell in love with Katelyn and her sweet family. Truly a home away from home. We are thankful we can have a worry free vacation because she is well cared for.”

“This was our first time using the Rover app, and we were quite apprehensive about leaving our sweet dog Anu with strangers. However, the moment we met Keyuana, we knew she would be the perfect choice for us. She welcomed us into her lovely home, asked all the right questions regarding our dog, patiently listened to our long list of questions, and understood all our concerns. Anu stayed with Keyuana for 3 weeks while we were traveling. During this time, we received daily updates from her regarding Anu’s routine, as well as some adorable pictures of Anu looking right at home. Needless to say, Keyuana will be our go-to person if we ever need to board Anu again in the future!”

“Our two girls had a wonderful time with Candie and her dog! She was so welcoming and opened her home to them, and they quickly made themselves right at home. In every photo and video, they looked like they were having a blast—playing, running around, and resting comfortably. We'll definitely be using Candie again for any future trips!”

“Sarah was great. Worked with our schedule and was quick to respond. Our doggy had a lot of fun on her stay. I would highly recommend if your pet loves to be around other pets. Thank you Sarah!”

“We would high recommend Jonai! She was great with our dog, sent many pictures and videos and provided a great weekend getaway for our dog so we didn’t have to worry. We would high recommend and will use again if the need arises.”

“Sara was a SUPER STAR for our almost 14 year old pup! Our dog doesn't have a lot of experience staying away with others and was instantly at home with Sara and her daughter. Our dog has tendency of incontinence episodes or difficulty holding for extended lengths of time and Sara was able to navigate that and be with her day and night. The picture check ins were the best! Thank you, Sara, for loving on our furbaby while caring for your own sick baby! <3”

“The Cross family took excellent care of our English Bulldog while we travelled over the holidays. We had lots of picture updates and had a great experience. We will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!”
“I highly recommend Britney! Trustworthy and very caring. She stayed in communication with us on a regular basis, sending pictures and videos every day. Our dogs loved her since the first moment they met her. We were impressed with everything!”

“Lisa took great care of Sully during our long trip this year of over 2 weeks! She sent us lots of photos and updates, and made sure that he was comfortable and safe during his stay.”

“Teresa is such a calming presence. A recent stay for our fur baby was a great experience. She makes sure we get updates and is accommodating of any requests that will help with the stay be seamless.”

“Taylor is awesome, had some technical difficulties and she handled it like a professional. She made sure Ginger was fed and had his medicine. I would definitely have her , to cat sit Ginger again. Thanks for looking after him in my absence.”

“Maria was amazing!! I was anxious about leaving my two kitties for the weekend because they’re 9month old crazy teenage kitties but Maria took such amazing care of them that after her first visit I knew they were in great hands. She was calm and loving to them and treated my house with extreme respect. I have already booked her again for another weekend and wish I could give her more than 5 stars.”

About: Trusted, caring, and experienced with over 20 years of caring for cats! I understand feline personalities and provide safe, loving, personalized care so your cat feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I treat every cat like family and provide updates and photos for peace of mind.
“Eliana has been incredible with our pup. He's a bit skittish and nervous around new people and dogs - especially other dogs - and she has always made him feel calm and safe while we're out of town. She's our go-to Rover person now!”

About: I have years of hands‑on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including shy pets, seniors, kittens, and pets with special routines. I currently have no pets in my home, which allows me to offer a calm, quiet environment that many cats prefer, especially anxious or sensitive ones. I’m detail‑oriented, gentle, and patient, and I follow feeding schedules, litter preferences, and medication instructions closely. I’m also comfortable with slow‑to‑warm‑up cats and pets who need extra reassurance. For cat boarding, I provide a peaceful, pet‑free home with cozy resting spots and a clean setup. Most owners bring their cat’s own litter box, litter, food, and carrier, but I also keep a clean backup litter box and extra litter available if needed. Whether I’m boarding cats or caring for pets in your home, I send consistent photo updates and follow your routines exactly so your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable.
“Amy is wonderful! This is our 2nd trip with our kitty under her care and we’re about to do a third. She keeps trying with our very shy cat, which we sure appreciate! She sends pics and keeps us updated on how she’s doing. I highly recommend her!”

“Connor is so kind to do extra stuff like bringing in packages while we were away. He took great care of our kitties, coming at the times I'd requested every day. Even our shy cat came to love him!”

“Did a fantastic job of taking care of our cat. She is a little more needy due to medical issues and Cheyenne stepped up to the plate and took care of what she needed. Our cat bonded with Cheyenne quickly and we will definitely ask her back again! Highly recommend Cheyenne”

“Jane was absolutely wonderful! She treated our babies like they were her own. From coming out ahead of time to meet us and our babies, to sending us text and photo updates, we couldn't have been happier with her service. This was our first time to use a professional pet sitter and, of course, we were very nervous about it. Jane was very reassuring and kept in constant contact with us. We look forward to using her the next time we go out of town!”
“Anitha and Sathyanarayana were kind and communicative, we got many pictures and videos, our cat came back healthy and quickly adapted back to being home. Thank you so much, I recommend with 5 stars.”

About: I have 2 cats that could not be more different. One is a Siamese that is basically my Velcro kitty! She’s almost always glued to me and is the definition of a scaredy cat. My other cat is a tuxedo and he has ENERGY - he makes our house a ton of fun! I’ve had them both since they were kittens. What’s funny is that before we got them, I didn’t think I liked cats. They scared me with how unpredictable they can be, but that’s because I had never been around them! Once I owned one, I realized that they just each have their own personality that you have to learn! Now, I want a houseful of cats!

“It was our first time to use Rover and we were a little nervous to ask someone to take care of our cat, but when we met Lea for the first time, we felt much better as she seemed so nice and trustful. During our one-week vacation, Lea helped and took care of our cat so well! She really knows how to take care of animals and she is so kind and responsible. She respects animals. Our cat's personality isn't easy, but Lea interacted with our cat so nicely and naturally. Also, Lea kept everything nice and clean. We are so happy and feel so lucky to have Lea in our area. Thank you so much for everything again, Lea! You are the best! We highly recommend her :)”

“Mirabel took excellent care of our 3 cats while we were away. One of our cats is a rescue who hides from people she doesn’t know and Mirabel did everything she could to find her and play with her during her visits. She send daily updates with pictures and was great communicating any news. 100% recommend hiring her if you need a petsitter!!”

“Sara was a phenomenal house sitter! She sent lots of adorable photos of our two cats and responded to messages quickly. When me and my wife returned, we were happy to find a well maintained home and two comfortable and happy kitties. Thank you, Sara!”

“Estefania was wonderful. This was my first time using a dog sitter service and it was a great experience. She was attentive to my dog’s needs and was very accommodating. I will definitely be requesting Estefania for future trips.”

About: I’m Breanna, and I’ve been a lifelong dog lover with over two decades of hands-on experience. My home is a hub for happy pups—not only do I have years of personal experience, but I also regularly pet-sit for family and have assisted professional sitters on their weekly routes. Our sweet girl, Nova is a great companion for dogs who prefer their own space. She isn't an 'in-your-face' player; instead, she’s a calm observer who tolerates guest pups well. She takes a few minutes to warm up to new friends, so we prioritize slow, supervised introductions to make sure everyone feels relaxed. She’s the perfect match for a guest dog who just wants a quiet place to hang out. Safety is my top priority—not just for your pups, but for my household too. For that reason, my husband, Isaac, will sometimes join me for off-site visits and walks. We’ve found that this team-based approach works wonders for staying organized and keeping the dogs happy and supervised at all times! I’m comfortable with all types of schedules and am happy to provide the same level of care and attention I give my own pets. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! Full-Time Care at Home: Both my husband and I work from home during the week with very flexible schedules, which means your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. We are able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of companionship throughout the work week. Whether your dog needs a midday walk or just a quiet place to nap near us while we work, we can easily accommodate their routine. Weekend & Personal Schedule: We are available for care seven days a week, with a few set windows for our religious services: • Saturday Mornings: We participate in our ministry work, but are available for the rest of the day and evening. • Sundays: We attend our Christian meetings, but we are fully free outside of those service times to provide care and attention. During these short windows, dogs are safely secured in our home, and we are back quickly to resume our normal routine of play and supervision. Safety & Trust: With over 20 years of dog ownership and experience assisting a professional pet sitter, safety is my primary focus. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and needs a structured environment to feel secure. • Supervised Introductions: Because my dog, Nova, is polite but independent, I always conduct slow, leashed introductions in a neutral area to ensure all pets feel respected and safe. • Constant Supervision: Since my husband and I both work from home, guest dogs are never left unattended for long periods. • Double-Team Care: Having two adults in the home means there is always a 'backup' to help with leashing, feeding, or managing different energy levels between dogs. Our Environment: We live in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood in Anna. Our home is set up to be a peaceful retreat for your pet. • Fenced Yard: We have a secure, fenced-in backyard where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor time and potty breaks. • Pet-Friendly Layout: Dogs are welcome in our main living areas. We have plenty of space for crates if your dog prefers their own 'den' for sleeping, or cozy spots for them to lounge near us while we work. • Clean & Secure: We maintain a tidy home (no small objects or hazards left out) and prioritize a calm atmosphere, which is ideal for dogs who might be nervous in a new environment.

About: I have been a professional full time dog trainer for over 20 years. I opened my home to in-home boarding and day care a few years ago and absolutely love it. We treat all the animals that stay with us like they are part of our family until their loved ones come back! I send multiple updates a day, pictures and videos as well. I have many references I can offer you as well! It’s very rare that someone is not home with the animals. We spend our days going outside to play (weather permitting), and playing inside as well. The dogs are allowed to veg on the couch (if that’s allowed at their home!), and enjoy spending time with us! We have a 5 acre fenced yard. The dogs love it very much for running and playing. They are never outside unsupervised for any amount of time!
“Keyuana is a dream come true! Our beagle puppy, Cole, needed to spend the day due to a day of appointments. Keyuana took fabulous care of him! Her home and yard were immaculate, and she sent us updates and pictures throughout the day. Knowing she also will board is a relief when we plan our next vacation!”

About: I’ve always grown up with animals in my home. My husband and I have been dog sitting through Rover since Covid and have loved every part of it. We treat all pups like they’re part of our family, caring for and loving them as if they were our own. Hey there! 👋🏽 My name is Olivia, and my husband’s name is TJ. We both work from home full-time and are ready to share our home with your furry loved ones. We love to go on walks with the pups and go to our neighborhood dog park. We also love to play fetch in the yard and have lots of toys for pups to play with. To our returning families, welcome back! 💕 We took some time away after looking our baby boy, Jules, to a seizure. We miss him dearly, but Leo is ready to have fun with his friends again. Our house is not a home without paw prints. 🐾 We have no kids and we treat our dogs like our kids. Our house has a fenced in yard where we have pest control come out every 2 weeks to kill bugs like fleas and tics to keep our babies safe.
“She is absolutely amazing and she takes such good care of my animals and she communicates and keeps me updated so well I really think my animal is progressing and being so wonderfully handled”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally. Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked with pets of all kinds—playful pups, independent cats, curious bunnies, and even the occasional lizard. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether it’s a quick visit, a long walk, or just keeping them company, I’m here to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. As a remote worker, I have the flexibility to easily incorporate pet care into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule allows me to plan visits, walks, and check-ins throughout the day without the constraints of a traditional 9–5 job. This means I can provide consistent, timely care and adjust to each pet’s specific needs—whether that’s a morning walk, a midday visit, or evening playtime. Being remote also allows me to stay nearby in case any last-minute needs come up. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my focus is always on creating a safe, clean, and low-stress environment. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide—so they feel secure and comfortable in their familiar space. I make sure your home is respected and left just as I found it. If pets are staying in my home, they’ll have a cozy, quiet space with plenty of attention, play, and supervised care throughout the day. In both cases, I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

Why this means peace of mind for your family: Meticulous Attention to Detail: Constantly adapting to the unique needs of foster animals has trained me to recognize subtle behavioral cues, respect boundaries, and strictly follow specific dietary or medication instructions. Species-Specific Routines: Whether it is maintaining precise temperature and lighting schedules for a sensitive reptile, providing relief to your kitty cat’s needs, or keeping a high-energy dog on a structured schedule, I understand that different species require different care rhythms. Safety First: From double-checking tank latches to managing dog interactions safely, I prioritize a secure, predictable environment. I bring this blend of structured efficiency, complex care routines, and loving interaction into your home so you can rest easy knowing your pets are thriving.

I've had dozens of personal pets throughout my life, and am now looking to love on and help care for other people's furry friends. I am recently retired and need something to occupy my time and give me purpose. When thinking about what I'm passionate about, animals is what is first to come to mind. I am up early and start my day with a walk. I am home most everyday and have a very flexible schedule to accommodate your pets needs. I have a fenced, clean yard with a covered patio. Plenty of space to roam and run. There is a water hose for plenty of water available. I have a glass back door looking outside. I can bring them inside the house as needed.

About: I’ve had a chihuahua since I was a teenager. She’s just passed away in 2025 at the age of 18! She was truly my soul dog! Now, I have 2 cats, Clover (a Siamese) and Ash (a tuxedo). I love being their mom! I’m a careful pet owner (AKA I worry a LOT), so I will care for your babies the same that I do for my own! I’m currently looking for my next corporate role, so I’m available as often as you need me to check on your babies while you’re away! I have a fenced yard! I also am over-protective, so you can bet I will be overly cautious with your babies! I will treat them as if they were my own!
About: I have owned dogs the past 30 years! (And a cat as a child). I am dependable, responsible and caring. You can be assured your pet is in good hands.
“I’m so happy I chose Natalie. She’s so sweet and just loves the doggies. I was kind of scared to get on Rover. I’m glad I did. I feel so much better with my fur babies In Natalie’s care. She’s amazing ?”

About: I love dogs! I have three of my own—if I could, I would have 300. I’ve been walking dogs and caring for animals for over 30 years, and my experience spans all ages, temperaments, and needs. I’ve done everything from bottle feeding puppies to providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs and dogs with medical needs, including administering medications and following special routines. I’m comfortable handling rambunctious, high-energy dogs who need structure, exercise, and patience, as well as shy or anxious pets who benefit from a calm, reassuring presence. My animal experience isn’t limited to dogs. I’ve also cared for horses and rabbits, so I understand the importance of species-specific care, safety, and attention to detail. I treat every animal as if they were my own, focusing on their comfort, routine, and well-being. Whether your pet needs lots of activity, extra medical attention, or quiet companionship, I’m dedicated to providing reliable, loving care you can trust. I’m a teacher, which means I have reliable availability in the evenings on weekdays. I’m also fully available during school holidays, long breaks, and throughout summer vacation. During those times, I have flexible daytime and extended availability to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. If you have a pet who needs consistent evening care during the school year or more frequent attention during breaks and summer, I’m happy to help and keep their routine as smooth as possible. When pets stay in my home, I focus on keeping their routine as close to normal as possible. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection. I carefully follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, and any special care needs. Dogs receive regular walks, playtime, and quiet rest, and I always prioritize comfort, especially for senior dogs or those with medical needs. I take introductions slowly when needed and make sure every pet feels secure and respected. My goal is for your pet to feel like part of the family while you’re away. Caring for Pets in Your Home When caring for pets in their own home, I respect both your space and your pet’s routine. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and household guidelines. I understand how important consistency is, especially for anxious pets, seniors, and medical cases. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. I leave your home clean and cared for, and your pet happy, comfortable, and safe.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all kinds, cats, and other pets ever since I was a kid. I have always been around them and I love them! I am currently working full time but I will still have plenty of time in between work to care for your pets on weekdays and weekends! I will follow your pet’s routine closely, making sure they’re fed, walked, exercised, and cared for as instructed. I provide lots of attention and gentle care, keep their space clean, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable at all times.
About: I’ve been a pet owner of cats and dogs all my life. I’ve also owned lizards and a Guinea Pig. I’m currently a teacher, but went to school at first to be a veterinarian. I worked at a veterinarian’s office as a kennel technician. I am very patient and put others’ needs before my own. 🚨Beginning Aug. 1, I will NOT be available until AFTER 5:00 on M-Th. I am available most Fridays and weekends. I do enjoy traveling on school breaks and will update my availability accordingly. My own dog is selective, so I will not be hosting pets at my own house. In your home, I will follow all directions and supervise your dog while in the yard per most HOA rules. I’ve given all types of medications in a variety of ways.
