“Shaylonn & Richard were the best! We didn't worry about our puppy Bonnie the entire 8 days we were gone. They sent pictures, and treated her like she was their own. They are a very nice couple and I can't say enough nice things about them. I forgot my little Bonnie's sweater for the cold weather and Shaylonn found her a sweater that would work for her. Also, I asked them to not let her jump on and off furniture, so she made her some steps to get up and down off furniture. It was our 1st time leaving her, and we were completely at peace leaving our Bonnie with them.”

About: I’ve had friends of family rely on me to drop by and make sure their pets are fed, watered, and let out for potty breaks. I do work full time but I work one week on and one week off. So I’m able to do a few jobs a day. I’m only available on the weeks that I don’t work I am able to walk your dog or drop in and help feed and water and take your dog out for potty breaks and play with them for a little bit.
About: I have both large and small animal Vet Tech experience working for multiple veterinarians. I have worked at Texas Equine with horses in Brenham, TX as well as multiple small animal vets and shelters. I currently work from home so I am always available to spend time with and care for any animals including my own. I have a huge backyard that I love spending time in over the weekends with my animals. Plenty of room to run around. I feel spending time with animals and using positive reinforcement when training is Beneficial. About: I grew up on a farm that had all kinds of animals especially dogs. It was my responsibility to make sure the puppies had baths and plenty of food or fresh water. I am currently unemployed so I stay at home to take care of my own pets. My dogs are leash trained so I can walk your dogs whenever needed I have two fur babies to keep your babies company. About: I live 5 minutes past the Lumberton park. I have 5 secluded acres to walk the dogs which includes a 500 yard driveway far away from the main road. I have taken a dog cpr and safety class. I have 3 dogs of my own that are my babies! I am a stay at home mom therefore I can take care of your dog full time and give them plenty of attention. My schedule is very open and flexible. I have a fenced play area for the dogs. I have 2 crates inside of my house to separate dogs if needed. My house is 500 yards away from the main road.

About: I'm a high school science teacher, had dogs all my life, I enjoy them and they like me. I can't go into someone's house without their puppies being all over me for pets. I'm off for the summer, so I have all the time to play with the fur babies. My two kids (9 and 12) love to play with them too. About: ‼️ Beginning January 1st, 2023 I will no longer be providing services through Rover‼️I will still be providing services, I will just be freelance, Rover keeps 20% of money earned and I understand their reasons but that's often a large chunk of money even though I've never needed the extra services these funds cover, however I'm just not comfortable raising my prices. I worked as a kennel technician in a veterinary clinic for 1 year before taking time away from work to be with my daughter. I have cared for pets inside my home since I was a child and have two dogs and three cats of my own. I have cared for pets as small as 3 lb all the way into the 200s and hold no breed biases. I'm currently a part-time online student at Lone Star college so my availability is wide open I will try my best to stick to your pets current schedule as much as possible to make their time away from you as easy on them as it can be. During my time at the clinic I became very familiar with harnessing, leashing, and collaring rambunctious dogs as well as coaxing reluctant animals into their kennels I use a fear free approach (lots of treats and toys!) and do not condone dragging pulling or pushing pets unless it is the safest course of action in an emergency situation. I am also experienced in giving medications and monitoring pets for signs of distress or illness.

About: I’ve had many dogs throughout my childhood and I just love how they are. I have had experiences with many dogs throughout my life. They’re so cute I love them all. I currently don’t have a job right now but I am looking for one. I start my day early so I have free time! I only have one dog now.
