About: Hello! I take dog sitting seriously and safety is my number one priority. Your dog will always have someone around to give it lots of attention and affection. I do everything I can to to meet the needs of your dog to assure they are safe, comfortable, and having fun. I live alone and have a pretty big house where the puppers or kitties won’t get bored, I have a fenced back yard where they can go to town! Besides that I am just a very patient individual who loves animals. I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I make my own schedule in accordance to what is best for my service. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: HOUSE SITTING: I would just like to clarify the services that I am to provide to you (according to ROVER guidelines) when I’m HOUSE SITTING. A lot of people get a bit confused regarding the actual service we are to provide because rover does not do a very good job defining each service. House sitting is essentially OVER NIGHT sitting, a sitter comes and stays over night to watch over your pup/pups/pet and leaves in the morning. I usually take an over night sitting as an 8hr shift, so if I come at 10PM, I leave at 6-7AM. Unfortunately, house sitting is not a service where the sitter stays at your home over night and comes to check on your pet several times a day, those would be “drop-in visits” and you would need to book those :). I understand it could get expensive, so In cases where the client lives really close to me, I am willing to work with you, just contact me :). I usually take care of pets the same way I do with my family dog. With kindness patience and attentiveness. Snacks as well, unless instructed other wise.

About: Ive cared for many dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors. My family has a business based on dog care and training, a business ive fairly been involved in since i was 15. Comfortable in dealing with pets of all breeds and sizes. I am currently a part-time student with a flexible work schedule. My availability is early mornings in order to avoid heat exhaustion for the dogs,then later in the evenings. Depending on preference, we can work time schedules. Having 4 family dogs, i take them outside first thing in the morning then periodically throughout the day. I stay outside with them to play or just watch over making sure they dont get overheated. My cats eat first thing in the morning then relax or play throught the day. The Cats usually have a timed feeding and are active at least once a day. Both dogs and cats are brushed every other day to maintain a clean and shiny coat.

We met them a week before to see how Luna would react to them and their dogs, and she felt instantly comfortable—which made things much easier for us. While we were away, Kathi and Steve kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, and seeing how happy Luna was truly allowed us to enjoy our trip without worry. We were attending a volleyball tournament and had a long drive home, but they were so gracious about our late pickup, making us feel like it was no issue at all. While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I have years of hands-on experience caring for family pets, rescue dogs, and foster dogs. On very hot days, I prefer to schedule walks during cooler parts of the day to help keep dogs safe and comfortable while still making sure they get exercise, attention, and playtime. I have a fully fenced yard along with two large covered kennels that provide shade, running water, and plenty of room for dogs to stay comfortably. While the boarding setup is primarily outdoors, I make sure dogs have space, supervision, exercise, and regular interaction throughout the day. I also provide playtime, walks, and attention to help pets feel comfortable and cared for while away from home. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have dogs of my own, including a puppy and senior dog. For safety, visiting dogs would not directly interact with my pets, though they may be around them in the same environment. I always aim to create a safe, calm, and caring environment while following any routines or instructions provided by owners to help pets feel as comfortable as possible.
