About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. About: I have loved all animals ever since I can remember. I always had pets growing up. I have taken in many strays, delivered and cared for many fur babies. I worked at Let Love Live, a non profit no kill animal rescue. We did it all! Medical care, grooming, training, walking, creating play groups, pets, hugs, kisses, and of course rescue! Everything needed to get those babies healed and ready for adoption! I also have two pets of my own at home. A chi-weenie named Brooksi, and a fluffy kitty named Mocha. If you would like to know anything else, just ask! I work at the rescue about 25 hours per week. Mostly in the mornings starting at 7am until 11am or 2pm. Depends on what shift I am working. The weekends bartend Fridays and Saturdays. My house is small so I won't be able to pet sit in my home, but I can definitely come to you! I can walk, feed, clean, or house sit if need be! About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I’ve rescued many and cared for cats and dogs for years, treating each one like family with love and safety. For everyone’s well-being, please make sure if your pet isn’t spayed or neutered, just let me know so I can plan one-on-one time for their comfort. To help them feel at home, please bring their usual food and a favorite toy for their stay. I’m fully available and happy to accommodate your schedule. Preferred drop-off and pick-up times are 8 AM, noon, or 5 PM, but I’m flexible if you need a different time. The only thing you need to bring is your dog’s food for the duration of their stay. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring their toy to help them feel more comfortable and at home. I have a dog-designed living room where pets sleep in kennels for comfort and routine. I also have a TV where I play soft, calming music to help them stay relaxed. I have a large backyard where dogs are taken out to play 3–4 times a day. During these breaks, they go potty and enjoy supervised play. If dogs get along and are a good match, they may play with other dogs one-on-one. For safety reasons, all dogs are taken outside using a secure tether at all times. This helps prevent escapes and ensures close supervision.

I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. Thank you for considering me for taking care of your pets I currently work full time split shifts so I can take care of animals between shifts before shifts and after shifts. I have reliable transportation to and from also I have a large fenced in back yard and I currently work in the animal field so I am trained on medication management and also have vet tech experience.
About: I can train puppies as early as 6 weeks old. This includes house training as well. For elder dogs it may take longer to train, but it is still possible. I also provide basic daily care such as feeding, walking, bathing, and grooming. I have nothing to do! I would rather watch your pet all day. Caring for animals is my dream and I’d love to fulfill it with yours. I have a two bedroom apartment in which I’ve turned my second room into my “pet room” I have a 8 month old puppy to keep your fur baby company!

About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! Since my evenings are free I can check up or even stay the night to take care of your babies! My cats and lizard are very spoiled in our home. They get fed twice a day and plenty of love and play time. I absolutely adore animals and I want to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're at work or vacation!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since a little toddler my family has always been big on having our little farm of pets and I wouldn’t ask for it any other way. Pet care fits into my daily routine because after a long day at work or in general looking forward to seeing those cute smiling faces will always make the day so much better. Caring for pets in my home consists of having big back yards, cozy areas for them inside and making sure treats and food bowls are full all the time for them to nibble on.

About: I’ve taken care of many peoples pets in the past few years. I have three sweet babies of my own and use to work at the Humane Society where my knowledge and live for animals deepened. About: I have loved all animals ever since I can remember. I always had pets growing up. I have taken in many strays, delivered and cared for many fur babies. I worked at Let Love Live, a non profit no kill animal rescue. We did it all! Medical care, grooming, training, walking, creating play groups, pets, hugs, kisses, and of course rescue! Everything needed to get those babies healed and ready for adoption! I also have two pets of my own at home. A chi-weenie named Brooksi, and a fluffy kitty named Mocha. If you would like to know anything else, just ask! I work at the rescue about 25 hours per week. Mostly in the mornings starting at 7am until 11am or 2pm. Depends on what shift I am working. The weekends bartend Fridays and Saturdays. My house is small so I won't be able to pet sit in my home, but I can definitely come to you! I can walk, feed, clean, or house sit if need be! I do have an eight year old son, so he may have to tag along with me to house sit depending on your preferences.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. About: Pet sitting is awesome because I want to spend time with as many wonderful pets as I can. I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors. They deserve the best care even the little rambunctious ones. I have been working and volunteering in pet care for years. Interacting with any animal makes me happy but bunnies will always have a special place in my heart. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

I am currently in the airforce, I am available between Thursday, Friday and Saturdays to spend time with your pups. About: I was raised around animals, of all kind, my entire life. Rescued many due to job as rural letter carrier. God gave us dominion over all animals! I’m retired and newly relocated. Love the outdoors and being outside part of every day life. Lots places to roam around Although, just lounging inside works too. Although I do not have a fenced yard, there is ample space for walking. My own dog is free to roam, but is inside mostly. He sleeps on furniture and with me. He’s great around other dogs.
