“Where do we begin? Rowena was BEYOND AMAZING when she babysat our Pomeranian for almost a week. She went ABOVE & BEYOND anything we could have expected, and treated our dog like he was her own. The pictures and videos she sent us throughout the week showed him being spoiled and adored by her, and totally eased our anxiety about boarding him (for the first time ever) while we were on vacation. We can’t say enough good things about Rowena. She is absolutely the best sitter we could have ever hoped for. She was kind & loving to our dog (child) & she even catered to some of his high maintenance needs (like helping him eat more slowly & taking him out in the yard to run around, to let him get his “zoomies” out, etc). Her house was immaculate & clean, which was even more comforting to us, because we were anxious our pup might eat something off the floor, if able (he wasn’t able to because her house was spotless). We really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rowena and how well she cared for our dog while we were out of town. I speak dog, and having the experience of being a pet mom for so many years, I would love to take care of yours when you need it! I’m able to give them their medications if they’re following a treatment (I just don’t inject). So, if you need to travel, or just need some time off, bring your doggie to me! My two dogs are friendly and playful guys…yours will have a blast! I’m a writer, working on my books from home. I recently moved from Florida and got a new house with a fenced backyard that our own dogs enjoy and would love to share it! Even when I travel frequently (and use Rover pet services in TX as I used it while in FL), I am home everyday. I just save Sundays, and go to church. I have a fenced backyard, and 2 friendly dogs. When other dogs are in my home, I make them feel loved. My home is a quiet place with nice music that leds me to write. When having visitors, every exercise is done in the backyard! My dogs, sleep in their beds in the living room. I don’t have carpets and my place is a clean house. We are bilingual (including our dogs 😁).

No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. About: I have taken care of a variety of animals since I was a kid, from dogs, cats, and some rodents. I am a lover of cats and currently have two that run the show. I’d be happy to help you with any of your pet needs from basic sitting, walking, to quality time to keep your fur babies happy and healthy. About: I’ve taken care of animals in a professional manner for almost 2 years but I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. Professionally, I began working at a boarding facility and doggy daycare in 2021. I absolutely adored my job and only left to grow my family in 2023. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience in administering medication to both cats and dogs including insulin injections and seizure medication. I understand the importance of keeping your pets on their schedule and creating the least amount of stress for them when their favorite people aren’t around. I can and will love your pets like my own. I am a stay at home mom with a sitter on standby almost always. I’m hoping to start with weekday visits and walking until I find a more suitable place for overnight boarding and weekend arrangements. I currently don’t feel comfortable bringing someone else’s pet into our home for their comfort and safety, strictly due to not having a fenced in backyard and being in a place they could get into things they shouldn’t. Once we remedy these issues I would be happy to host your pup in our home. We have a 9 year old chocolate lab that adores playing and still has lots of energy despite her age. I’m more than happy to explore the option of caring for your pet in your own home. I don’t have issues handling crates, training collars, or any other tools you may need me to use when caring for your pet. I’m always happy to provide the care you require for your best furry friend.
About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.
About: I’ve taken care of my family members pets (including cats and dogs) and they had all said that they will repeat the experience of leaving dithering dogs at someone else’s home since they loved the way we treated the dog, the way he was able to adapt into a new home as well as the love we gave them. It perfectly fits due to the fact that I live with two dogs at home ( a golden retriever and a chihuahua) and they are used to go into a park and play with the ball, play with some other dogs and sometimes just chill around. I’m a dog lover in every sense, specially in the aspect of security since I have an eye on them at all time, I’m pending if they have water or food. In case the dog requires medication, I’ll have the different alarms he requires in order to take their medication
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I helped train my German Shepard. I’ve dog sat and walked dogs for neighbors for many years. I love animals all around! I have pretty open availability! I can be at your house whenever you need me to be. I can mostly work my schedule around you. I make sure that every animal gets the love they all deserve. I feed my pets every day and maintain their waters. I also take them on walks every day and am experienced with walking them. I don’t discipline my dogs, only reward them.
