About: I'm a veterinary technician, I have 20 yrs experience in taking care of dogs and cats. I am CPR certified and I can administer medications if needed. Besides my medical background as a animal lover, I can offer great companionship to your best friend while your gone. I currently have a 7 month old Australian shepherd who loves to play and can also offer friendship. I've been taking care of my friends and family's pets while they go on vacation since I was 19 yrs old. I'm confident in my ability to take care of dogs. I'm currently not working and staying home with our kids and animals. I walk our dog in the morning then hang out the rest of the day, my kids play with our dog. I live on 5 acres but we have fenced off an area behind our house for our dog and goats. I have a plastic kid pool to help them stay cool in the summer. I typically feed my pets twice a day and a treat mid-day. My house can get pretty loud with my kids yell and screaming when then play. My kids are 10 yr (son) and 9 yrs(daughter) old, I have a husband who loves to play with the kids and dog, it can get a little crazy at our house. I also have a 7 month old mini Australian shepherd, she is a shy girl at first but then gets crazy when she decides she likes you. I have 5 cats some like dogs and some tolerate them and just judge. I also have 2 goats in the backyard, they are very nice but will give a warning if something happens that they don't like. All my pets have vaccines and have been dewormed.

I want the animals to be comfortable with me and in the environment. Animals deserve extra love and attention, specially when you’re busy all day or going out of town. I’ve raised other animals in FFA for my high school years while alson having other house hold pets within the years ( rabbit, turtle, dogs, and fish). I do work from home and only work 4 days out the week so it's no hassle making sure everything and everyone is doing great. During the booking process I do ask for a routine so I can keep everything consistent. I do have doggie treats, extra blankets, training pads, and doggie toys I keep on stand by. In the morning I will open cages and let them move around freely aslong as im home and awake. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to them aswell, I do work from home so that will not be an issue.

About: What could be better than a dog vacay at a real ranch? 2 ponds with bass and catfish to sniff out! Plenty of space to run and play with the other pups! There is a secure fence that surrounds the main house and another perimeter fence, that way the pups can only say hello to the cattle from a far. :) A special notice: there are cats and chickens on the property that roam around with the ranch dogs. Please keep this in mind as we love our chickens and cats as much as our dogs. I highly suggest a meet and greet for the newcomers before confirming a reservation at the ranch. I also have experiences dealing with flight risk, severe anxiety pets and oral medication as well as injections. **DROP-IN VISIT** I live in Taylor, I can travel to Hutto, Granger, southeast of GT, East of Round Rock, Thorndale and Coupland. **BOARDING - Requirements: * Non-aggressive/low/medium energy (must be ok with other pets) * 100% house-trained includes trained to not chew on household items * Current on all vaccinations and flea prevention * Male felines must be neutered I ask you to provide food and bedding for your furbabies because every pet is different, has different lifestyles and eating/sleeping habits, toys. I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. Sometimes I will be away for a few hours unless you instruct me for a specific time, such as how long it is ok to leave your pets alone, I will follow your preference. They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. Only time I'll be away is if someone is able to secure an animal, Ill be out for a quick scan for microchip or if I'm scheduled to drop-in to visit other clients' homes. (I want to be transparent about what I do). I know it can be stressful leaving your family member with a stranger, but you can be confident that your furbaby/ies will be treated as one of the family; given plenty of love, hugs, belly scratches, treats, play time and walks during their stay. I have a fenced yard for your pup(s) to explore, do their business, enjoy the fresh air & flirt with the sun, and play fetch. I will send photos and videos of your furbaby having a great time! I have a half acre fenced yard with a standard 4' fence so as long as your doggo isn't tiny or able to jump fences they'll be able to stay outside longer if they like. Otherwise I can monitor them or walk them around the property. I have en elderly dog who may play with your dog(s) or who may keep to himself. I have an outdoor cat that takes care of snakes, bugs and rodents who also comes in the house sometimes. I have access to 1 or 2 small to medium crates, &/or if you prefer to provide a crate, I can crate your dog as well. If dogs are well trained and well behaved, I also have access to a 20 acre farm in the neighborhood so we can go there for exercise.

We have an excellent relationship with Welch Veterinary Clinic and Hartland Grooming if you want us to take your dog for a doggy spa day. My 16 year old daughter, Brittan and I spend time to take care of our pets and we love your pets like our very own! We live on a farm, we have four friendly dogs for playmates. We take the dogs on walks on the back roads, lots of playtime, and snuggles at night. We have a small crate for small dogs, and a small room area for big dogs and also a fenced in yard and outdoor kennel.

About: I have lots of experience with different types of animals. We have three inside kitties that were rescued when they were still bottle feeding. Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. She is currently earning her masters degree and I want to be able to help as much as possible. I am available most evenings after 6p. During the summer I am available all day Friday and Saturday. About: I've had animals since I was a girl and haven't been without a pet since I was 10 years of age. Have had multiple dogs and cats at one time but now down to one 13-yr old male. Will always love and have pets as they are an integral part of my life. I derive much joy from their presence. Daily walks and attention to my own dog and look in on friend's dogs when they're away. My dog has his own bed for daytime but sleeps in my bed at night. I have a good sense about animals and will follow the routine they're used to. About: My entire life we have always had pets. I am a huge pet lover. Growing up I don’t think there was a time we ever didn’t have a dog. Now currently I own an almost 5 year old german shepherd and 2 cats. I would do anything for my pets and would love to be there for yours. I currently do work full time so feedings and walks would be the easiest for me schedule wise. But anytime I do have the free time I would love to pet sit for you! I am such a big animal person I would love to play with them go on walks/ runs, do some training, and make sure they get plenty of food and treats!

About: I’m new to the rover app but, I’m not new to taking care of fur babies! While growing up we always had pets. When I left for college I got a puppy because of how much I missed my pups at home. I potty trained him all on my own while also juggling being a student athlete. I want to help out the best I can, so put me to work:) I am a part time hitting coach in the evenings so, I will have plenty of time to help you with your fur babies. I am off every weekend. I can take your pets on walks or play fetch to get them moving. I also can sit and just love on your pups whenever you are at work or away for a bit.
About: I have taken care of many cats included barn cats. I had a cat in college with my roommates that we picked up as a stray! Pet care is just part of my everyday life. I work Monday through Friday 8–5, but before work my dogs always get to run and play outside to start their day. After work, we go for a walk every evening and spend time playing, training, or just relaxing together. On weekends I have more flexibility, so we get extra time outdoors and lots of snuggles inside. I also keep up with the little things each week—like brushing, washing bowls, and freshening up bedding—so they stay happy and comfortable. About: I love dogs they bring me happiness so I figured this is a great place to work. I just moved to Elgin and what better way to get to know the place than getting out and about! I actually worked with dogs previously for Taurus Academy before the pandemic started so I have quite a bit of experience handling dogs and picking up on their signals and emotions already. I have two little angels of my own, they are both well behaved and love other animals. There is truly something wonderful to be said about the connection and bond that is formed between an owner and their animals. I grew up on a farm, around goats, donkeys, chickens, pigs and horses. I love animals of all kinds and can’t wait to meet your sweet animals as well.
