About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I’ve rescued many and cared for cats and dogs for years, treating each one like family with love and safety. For everyone’s well-being, please make sure if your pet isn’t spayed or neutered, just let me know so I can plan one-on-one time for their comfort. To help them feel at home, please bring their usual food and a favorite toy for their stay. I’m fully available and happy to accommodate your schedule. Preferred drop-off and pick-up times are 8 AM, noon, or 5 PM, but I’m flexible if you need a different time. The only thing you need to bring is your dog’s food for the duration of their stay. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring their toy to help them feel more comfortable and at home. I have a dog-designed living room where pets sleep in kennels for comfort and routine. I also have a TV where I play soft, calming music to help them stay relaxed. I have a large backyard where dogs are taken out to play 3–4 times a day. During these breaks, they go potty and enjoy supervised play. If dogs get along and are a good match, they may play with other dogs one-on-one. For safety reasons, all dogs are taken outside using a secure tether at all times. This helps prevent escapes and ensures close supervision.

I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. We currently live in our camper in a wonderful rv park in Marshall til we get our forever home set up then we will be accepting in home stays but I love working with animals and if I can help a family out by walking and spending some time with them while they are in their home comfort and it makes pet owners feel at ease knowing their pets are being loved and cared for while they are at work or away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve always owned pets and taken care of neighbors pets when away. I enjoy being able to provide them with their personal necessities i.e walking, taking to go potty, administering medications, and playing. I am not working and I am available most days of the week. I am always up for work so feel free to contact me. I prefer to do work in a clients home typically pets are more inclined to behave as regular! I am very clean and any accidents will be handled promptly, I am NOT a smoker, and am constantly checking up on pets activities and taking care of their needs.
About: I am a huge animal lover I actually have 4 dogs. I am a college student so I will be away for 3-4 hours max 2 days a week. I’ve had dogs for 9 years and before that had cats. I care for your animals like I would my own (and mine are spoiled). I just want to make sure your fur babies are well cared for while your away. I have a decent sized fenced in back yard in a pet friendly neighborhood. And I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I’m really good with hyper breeds and I know tricks for giving meds. About: I can train puppies as early as 6 weeks old. This includes house training as well. For elder dogs it may take longer to train, but it is still possible. I also provide basic daily care such as feeding, walking, bathing, and grooming. I have nothing to do! I would rather watch your pet all day. Caring for animals is my dream and I’d love to fulfill it with yours. I have a two bedroom apartment in which I’ve turned my second room into my “pet room” I have a 8 month old puppy to keep your fur baby company!

About: I’ve had my own dogs as well as taking care of other’s pets. I work mostly from home, so I have a lot of time to commit to your fur babies. I work from home as a self employed musician. I have all of the time in the world. This works best for owners who have to leave from long periods of time. I have a three bedroom apartment with one vacant room for the dog and only one roommate who is practically family. We already have bedding and toys and treats for potential stays.
About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! Since my evenings are free I can check up or even stay the night to take care of your babies! My cats and lizard are very spoiled in our home. They get fed twice a day and plenty of love and play time. I absolutely adore animals and I want to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're at work or vacation!

About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors. About: I’ve worked as a kennel tech/bather Ive cleaned kennel feeding and providing water for dogs and cats I have experience walking dogs of all sizes from puppies to Great Danes I’ve medicated clients and also bathe and done nail trims I’ve handled cats too with bathing and giving meds to cleaning out litter boxes. I work M-F 7-5:30. I can come before or after work for drop ins, I can also stop by on my lunch which is 12-1 if your home is near my clinic I work at. I go home every day on my lunch to let my pets out for potty breaks I can do it for your pets too. I have a fenced back yard and 3 fixed dogs. I also have 3 cats as well all are neutered. My pets are kenneled when I leave, but your fur baby is free to roam around my home, and if you prefer your fur baby to be kenneled if no one is home at the time that’s an option i can do as well
