About: I have volunteered with the empty shelter project, hosted doggy daycare at Crosby high school, graduated with an animal science certification, and have worked at a veterinary clinic I am a full time online college student looking for ways to make extra money! I have been working with animals for about 10 years, starting in a daycare as a kennel tech then as a dog handler, moved over to the medical side of animal care as a veterinary assistant for 2 years before becoming a veterinary technician and a surgical nurse, then moved into emergency room settings. About: I’ve had dogs as part of my life since I could walk growing up in Trinidad. Migrating to the states, we didn’t own pets for awhile and it always was a void for me. My oldest sister adopting Pebbles (pictured) was the best experience and reminded me that I love being the fun/cool Aunty. I have taken care of dogs from a young puppy age all up til adult hood, and I would be honored to care for yours even if for just a few hours. I work from home but I enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood whenever I get a break to do so. This is a dog friendly neighborhood so it won’t be an issue walking with a dog or two. I also like to drive to the park in the mornings for a brisk walk, depending on how comfortable owners are, I would love to take their dogs with. About: I have had experience with lots of dogs. Considering i watched plenty of my families dogs. I raised four of my own . A Rottweiler ,Cane Corso, pitbull and African mastiff . Self trained these four big breeds. Which i can say i can walk either one outside with no leash. I love dogs I will care for yours as if they were part of my pack. I work from home, which allows me to give pets consistent attention and supervision throughout the day. Since I’m home most of the time, I can stick to their feeding schedules, take dogs on walks, provide playtime, administer medications if needed, and make sure they’re comfortable and never left alone for long periods. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide a calm, safe, and loving environment while their owners are away. I would consider bringing your pets own toys. If your pet needs to be caged I can work with that. Also bring your pets own leash or harness . If your pet was to stay I like to go on walks and I would need a leash or harness. I will be able to work around almost any request. I have an older child (age 23) at home and my husband works alot of hours. I live in the partial country. About: I've lived with pets all my life and have had the responsibility of taking care of them since I was 8. At first my responsibilities were to just find them and let them outside after they ate but as I started to grow up, I was expected to walk and bathe them. I have also personally trained three of my dogs for basic commands and loose leash walking. As someone who grew up with lots of pets, I am already in the routine of taking hour walks every day and that is something that stuck with me even when I moved to college. My classes are in the morning to middle of the day so I'm available for morning and night feeding with the availability of house sitting if needed.
