At this time I have no Fur Babies of my own but try and get all the snuggles I can at the veterinary clinic I work at. He took amazing care of my Maia, every picture and video showed her so happy with her tail wagging like crazy. He walked her often and loved on her like she was his own. If that wasn’t awesome enough he came to the rescue again when my flight was extremely delayed and kept Maia for an extra night. Richard is an excellent communicator with frequent updates so I was able to enjoy my holidays stress free. He has a heart of gold and I will definitely use him again. “This was our first time to use Rover. Hugh was very kind and helped us through the process. We were happy to get photo updates daily with captions. This help with our anxiety leaving our two little pups. They seemed to settle in really quickly and looked as if they were having a good time. Hugh was also very kind to help when we our flight was delayed and could not pick up our pups at our agreed time. He made us feel at ease with our emergency back up. My sister did pick up the pups and she too commented on how kind Hugh was with the pick up arrangements. We will be using Hugh again.”

“My little guy is a 14 week old puppy. Lindsey and her beautiful family spoiled this little guy. I received several pictures of a pup having the time of his life. She made sure to make him as comfortable as possible. She made sure to keep the puppy on schedule. I was mostly impressed that her sweet children wanted to help and be the assistant pup sitters. When I picked up my baby, her children were so excited to give me a report on my puppy. The pup was so sad to see his friends go back inside. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful family. “Our pup stayed with Ann for 12 days over the holidays and was absolutely AMAZING. She kindly even picked up and dropped off Ollie, which I was so grateful for.
