If your dogs are not good with other dogs or cats, I can keep my pets in a separate room while giving your pups the space that they require to feel comfortable and safe. We allow our pets on the bed, so if your pup likes cuddles- there’s plenty to go around! I keep my pets as well as my boarding dogs on a strict schedule when it comes to eating and meds because consistency is key! I try to send pictures and videos every few days so that my clients can have peace of mind while their pups are being boarded and enjoy their trip! I am an excellent candidate for your pet! I am very responsible and reliable. I answer quickly and send many pictures during the stay! I make sure they have their appropriate amount of food, water and exercise as well as playtime and attention! I do not just “watch” I care and love for your pet. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my top priorities are safety, comfort, and keeping their routine as close to normal as possible. 🐾 In My Home: I create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of cozy spaces for naps, indoor play, and supervised outdoor time (if applicable). I only take a limited number of pets at a time to ensure each one gets personal attention. I follow your feeding and potty schedule, administer any needed meds, and send daily updates with photos so you know your pet is happy and relaxed. 🐾 In Your Home: I treat your home with the same respect and care I give to your pet. I keep things tidy, stick to your dog’s normal routine — walks, feeding, bedtime rituals — and make sure your pet feels safe in their familiar surroundings. I can also bring in mail, water plants, or do other light tasks while you're away. Every pet is different, so I always ask detailed questions before a booking to learn their habits, quirks, and what makes them feel safe and loved.
About: I’ve taken care of animals for 20 years, having grown up on a multi-animal farm. I have experience with farm animals, exotics, house pets, outdoor pets, etc.. I have administered medication and monitored pets post surgery. I keeps all areas clean and tidy and make sure your pet is the happiest for the entire time they are in my care! I work from home so I have lots of time to spend with your pet! Whether your pet is at my home or I am at yours, they will always receive the attention they need! I am home most weekends and holidays as well. My schedule is flexible so please reach out to see if I can fit your schedule if you are unsure! I always follow the pet owners instructions first and foremost. It is incredibly important to keep routine and schedules with animals. I always ensure to keep areas clean, pets well fed, litter boxes and cages clean, pets well exercised, pets well stimulated with toys provided by owner, and keep a watchful eye for any illnesses or injuries.
About: In addition to living with dogs at home for years (Newfoundlands and labs) I have spent the past few years pet sitting with Rover and fostering with my local animal shelter. I’ve worked with reactive, anxious, and high energy dogs- taking the time to build strong bonds so they can be successful! I am currently a PhD student with gaps between classes and work! This allows me to stop by before and after classes depending on your pet’s needs. I am active and able to take them for runs/walks, to the park, or play outside if that is most comfortable for you and them. I’m comfortable taking them in my car which has a backseat cover and seatbelt so we can go on adventures as well.
