“Maddison and Wesley B. are our first Rover experience. As a single mom with my family living far away I came to Rover.com in search of a solution for my sweet Bella dog over Thanksgiving Break. When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. The love rush was amazing. Maddison and Wesley are excellent communicators. They were reasonably flexible with the drop off and pickup times. Their home was well cared for. And above all, we felt safe and comfortable leaving our furriest family member with them for a week. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.”

About: Hello my name is Cayla. I’m from Houston, Tx and I've been an animal lover my whole life. I’ve raised other animals in FFA for my high school years while alson having other house hold pets within the years ( rabbit, turtle, dogs, and fish). I’m choosing to do Rover so I can build clientele and so I can expand my knowledge on dogs outside my pit bull and a few other breeds I’ve dealt with within my family and friends. Hopefully I’m someone you’ll love and trust around your home and your four-legged best friend. I do work from home and only work 4 days out the week so it's no hassle making sure everything and everyone is doing great. During the booking process I do ask for a routine so I can keep everything consistent. I do have doggie treats, extra blankets, training pads, and doggie toys I keep on stand by. In the morning I will open cages and let them move around freely aslong as im home and awake. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to them aswell, I do work from home so that will not be an issue.

I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. Sometimes I will be away for a few hours unless you instruct me for a specific time, such as how long it is ok to leave your pets alone, I will follow your preference. They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. Only time I'll be away is if someone is able to secure an animal, Ill be out for a quick scan for microchip or if I'm scheduled to drop-in to visit other clients' homes. (I want to be transparent about what I do). I know it can be stressful leaving your family member with a stranger, but you can be confident that your furbaby/ies will be treated as one of the family; given plenty of love, hugs, belly scratches, treats, play time and walks during their stay. I have a fenced yard for your pup(s) to explore, do their business, enjoy the fresh air & flirt with the sun, and play fetch. I will send photos and videos of your furbaby having a great time! I live on 5 acres but we have fenced off an area behind our house for our dog and goats. I have a plastic kid pool to help them stay cool in the summer. I typically feed my pets twice a day and a treat mid-day. My house can get pretty loud with my kids yell and screaming when then play. My kids are 10 yr (son) and 9 yrs(daughter) old, I have a husband who loves to play with the kids and dog, it can get a little crazy at our house. I also have a 7 month old mini Australian shepherd, she is a shy girl at first but then gets crazy when she decides she likes you. I have 5 cats some like dogs and some tolerate them and just judge. I also have 2 goats in the backyard, they are very nice but will give a warning if something happens that they don't like. All my pets have vaccines and have been dewormed.

Within the first 5 minutes of our meet and greet my dog was eating peanut butter treats out of his hand and happily getting all the scratches. My yard is spacious with new grass and a covered patio to provide both sunny and shaded play areas. The price listed is for a 24 hour stay for a dog weighing up to 44 lbs. It would be $35 for a dog weighing 45-94 lbs. Having undergone advanced screening, I have been met face-to-face and my home has been inspected. I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)!
About: We have raised 3 different dogs together. Two of those furr babies required medical care and special diets, so we are always very attentive and careful with all pets needs! We recently lost our precious boy River, due to his liver disease and we miss his presence tremendously. So having other pets over truly helps keep us going and having a boost of morale. With that being said, we will give your pet 100% of our attention at all times. You can trust your pet will be supervised and cared for all day. At least one of us is always home to supervise when we are dog sitting so your pet is never alone. We have a small dog park at our complex for some outdoor fun time, and can provide daily walks as well to ensure they get more exercise! We have made our home safe for your dog keeping certain things out of reach. I can update you regularly with picture updates as well!

You can make an appointment for between the hours of 8am-6pm. Your appointment window cannot be greater than one hour. If you miss your drop off window by more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled, and no refund given. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking up, you will have to reschedule your pickup time, if that means your pet stays another night, then you will be charged for an additional night plus a $30 inconvenience fee. I understand that things happen, and will work with you when unexpected events arise, but I’ve had too many people not respecting my time. I thank you for understanding. (: I follow care instructions completely. I give each animal one on one attention throughout the day. I treat them like they’re one of my kids. My children are very respectful of animals and are never left unsupervised with them.

I'm familiar with small and large dogs, giving medication, hyper dogs, and slightly aggressive dogs. I work monday - friday, mostly 8-5! I am available for both weekdays and weekends and will try to work with whatever your schedule is. My fiance is able to watch our pets which allows me to stay as long as you'll need. We will be able to come home for lunch to spend a good amount of time with them mid day. We both currently work full time and are free after 3pm Friday until Sunday evening. About: I've had animals since I was a girl and haven't been without a pet since I was 10 years of age. Have had multiple dogs and cats at one time but now down to one 13-yr old male. About: I have been in the veterinary setting since I was sixteen and I've been a veterinary technician for a couple years now! I am now focusing on the most important thing in life which is family and I would love to take care of your fur babies when you need it! I am a certified forehead kisser and a great conversationalist with the non-speaking, I do not discriminate on personality and/or breed. I am confident in my ability to make your fur baby feel comfortable in my presence and I can't wait to meet you! I am available early mornings to afternoons until about 3pm-5pm! (Open to longer days depending on your schedule) Weekend availability when needed. As of right now, I am not offering any overnight stays. Before taking care of your pet, I would love to meet them and also have you show me around your home and/or list out any specifications or requirements. (written out instructions are definitely a preference to have on hand!) If you feel comfortable having the pet at my home, I do live in a gated community with plenty of area for walks and outside time! My home is currently run by a cat named James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser (bonus points if you know who that is) and he could not care less about dogs so he'll just deliver the constant side eye. I am very comfortable administering medicine if needed (including injections) I do require some form of flea and tick prevention - whether that be Nexgard, Seresto collar, or essential oils.
About: I have worked with small dogs and big dogs and nervous dogs- I have owned my own doggo (a shih tzu bichon mix for 10 years) since I rescued her from a poodle shelter. I have worked as an assistant training emotional support animals at a rehabilitation facility (: I would love to hang out with your doggo babies when you need me! I am an early riser and work part-time in pet care. It is my primary job- I have regular clients that are my own aside of rover so my calendar on app may be inaccurate. In the clients home- your pet(s) are my first priority and my second priority is your home. Boarding at my home- your pet is still my first priority! We have 1 budgie, 2 cockatiels, 3 dogs, and 2 kittens!
About: I have had animals my entire life and currently have 5 dogs, 5 cats and a horse. My full time job is on a farm taking care of horses so I have the ability to administer fist aid and medications and am comfortable with all sizes and shapes of animals. Also have experience with goats and pigs. I currently work part time and travel some for work so my schedule is flexible and easy to work around. I have the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. I will make sure to follow all the instructions given to me to properly care for your pet. I have extreme attention to detail and am able to recognize if there might be a problem with an animal because my job has been to have an awareness about how an animal is acting for the past 10 years. About: I grew up on a 100-acre ranch with 13 dogs, so caring for animals has been part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. I helped raise numerous litters of puppies, which taught me everything from feeding schedules and socialization to house training and keeping a close eye on the little ones. Today I regularly watch my friends’ pets and care for my grandparents’ two dogs — feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Dogs are my favorite people, and I treat every one like my own. I can’t wait to meet your best friend! I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m home the majority of the day and your pup will rarely be left alone. My schedule is flexible, which means plenty of time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and sticking to whatever routine your dog is used to. The house is quiet and calm, which works well for dogs who prefer a low-key environment. My home is a safe, pet-friendly space where your dog is treated like family. We have a large fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, play, and sniff around safely. I have a mini blue heeler of my own who’s great company for social dogs, and I’m happy to keep visiting pets separated if yours does better solo (only have her occasionally). I stick closely to the feeding, medication, and walking routine you provide, keep dogs leashed on every outing, and send photo and video updates so you always know how your best friend is doing. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m comfortable using one for rest or bedtime.
About: I grew up in an animal shelter. Sounds crazy right? Well, it's true. My mom has always worked around animals(and still does) so I was always right by her side. Whether it be at animal shelters, helping with adoptions, walking, feeding, giving medications. Anything to be involved ! Then she became a Veterinarian. So of course, when I got old enough, I worked at her clinic. I've truely worked with animals my whole life and have always had animals of my own. I am currently working as an Animal Rescue Coordinator each day but would love to further my pet care business . My fur babies are my children and I treat them as so. You will always be able to find comfort knowing that I will treat your fur babies with the same love and care as my own! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 3 dogs. A few things we love doing are going to the dog park, playing fetch, frisbee, going to the lake to swim, agility, hiking, and of course getting frozen yogurt! I would be more than happy to spend time with your pup doing these things. I'm sure they deserve it! I can't wait to spoil your pup and put your mind at ease knowing he/she is loved, safe, and happy while you're away. Your fur babies deserve the best! I currently work part time in VetMed so my schedule is fairly flexible. I have a small hobby farm of my own with several different types of pets that I love caring for. However, I love working with other pets and providing an established routine and relationship, as well. I will be available most weekdays and some weekends. I care for pets in my home/client’s home as if they were my own. They are allowed on furniture/beds if the owner is okay with this. I have doggy gates for separation of other animals if needed. Pets are never left unattended in my home. If I must leave for any reason, your pet must be kenneled in my home. In your home, I will adhere to your routine and guidelines of course.
About: I have been taking care of all kinds of dogs for more than 10 years. I love them so much I once created a company similar to Rover to care for them. I am currently a student that is studying online so my time is up for the taking. I am available whenever and wherever you need to take care of our furry friends.
